Wayne was the only Indianapolis receiver capable of getting open with any hint of consistency in the victory, and turned in another productive PPR game. Through six contests, Wayne has 47 receptions for 666 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Keep him rolling against the Titans in Week 8.

Browns CB Buster Skrine is expected to cover Reggie Wayne when he lines up in the slot on Sunday. Pro Bowl-caliber corner Joe Haden will shadow Wayne on the outside, but the Colts are moving their top receiver around more than ever this year. Don't let Wayne's matchup scare you away from starting him this week. His 14 targets per game are two more than the next closest receiver.

Reggie Wayne leads the league at 15.0 targets per game. Wayne has racked up an insane 60 targets in the Colts' four games. At age 33, he's on pace to shatter his career-highs in catches (111) and yards (1,510). While his pace will certainly slow, Wayne will be the go-to wideout in a pass-first offense for a talented quarterback. We wouldn't be selling high here.

Reggie Wayne had a career day in Indianapolis' Week 5 comeback win over the Packers, reeling in 13 passes for 212 yards and a touchdown.

Andrew Luck said he's not forcing the ball to Reggie Wayne despite a league-high 40 targets. Wayne's 40 targets are 13 more than Donnie Avery and 24 more than Coby Fleener. "He gets open," Luck said. "He has an uncanny knack for when it's zone, where the hole is going to be based on where the other routes are running. When it's man, he's got all the trick up his sleeve about how to get open." Volume will sustain Wayne as a WR2.

Wayne was targeted only seven times after drawing 18 looks in Week 1, but reeled in a number of difficult catches, and continued to display surprising chemistry with rookie signal caller Andrew Luck. Wayne's lines are far more likely to resemble 6/70/1 than 9/135/0 going forward, but that's still excellent production for a WR2.

"I don't tell myself, 'Where's Reggie, where's Reggie?'" Luck said. "He just happens to show up. There's a strong connection here.

Wayne was a one-man show in the Colts passing attack, putting on an impressive hands display with a series of lunging and diving catches. Targeted a team-high 18 times, Wayne saw nine passes in his direction by late in the first half before any teammate drew a second target. Even with Austin Collie returning to cut into his target total, Wayne looks like a sure bet for 85+ receptions this season. He's a safe WR2 option while hosting the Vikings in Week 2.

Reggie Wayne caught three of six targets for 41 yards in the Colts' third preseason game on Saturday. With Austin Collie dealing with a concussion, Wayne is uncontested as Andrew Luck's primary target this season. He wraps up the preseason with nine receptions for 115 yards. The Colts offense will struggle to find consistency this season, but Wayne will maintain WR3 value on target volume alone.
