Conley (neck) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
For the second straight day, Conley's reps were capped in practice on account of the injury. He'll likely need to upgrade to full participation in Friday's session in order to avoid taking a questionable designation into Sunday's game in Arizona.

Conley (neck) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
Conley suffered the neck injury during Sunday's loss to the Colts, though he was able to return to the contest. It doesn't appear to be a serious concern given he was able to participate in the first practice of the week.

Conley suffered a neck injury during Sunday's loss to the Colts but returned to the game, Mark Lane of USA Today reports.
EDGE Analysis
The neck injury would explain Conley's season-low 31 snaps (42 percent), but it should be noted that Nico Collins returned to the lineup Week 6. That, and the sudden emergence of Chris Moore means Conley will be squeezed for playing time going forward.

Conley caught one of two targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 31-3 loss to Indianapolis.
EDGE Analysis
Conley had a nice Week 5 against the Patriots, but that has been the outlier in a quiet season overall for the seven-year veteran. In his five other games, the 28-year-old wideout has eight targets, four catches and 50 yards. With Nico Collins returning from injured reserve, Conley had a season-low 43 percent share of offensive snaps and appears to be dropping down the depth chart.

Conley recorded three receptions on four targets for 84 yards and a touchdown in Week 5 against the Patriots.
EDGE Analysis
Conley benefitted from the absence of Danny Amendola (thigh) and delivered season-best marks across the box score. The majority of that production came on deep receptions, as Conley delivered gains of 40 and 37 yards -- the latter of which went for a touchdown. Given both his previous lack of involvement and the generally poor state of the Texans' offense, Conley will likely find it difficult to replicate this performance moving forward.

Conley (personal) returned to practice Friday, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley missed practice Wednesday and Thursday for reasons unrelated to an injury, but he was back at the Texans' facility Friday. His return paves the way for Conley to play his usual role Sunday against the Patriots as a starting wide receiver who plays plenty of snaps but sees few targets.

Conley didn't practice Thursday for a reason unrelated to an injury, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
The nature of Conley's absence isn't yet clear, but he didn't participate in practice for a second straight day. Whether he's able to suit up Sunday against New England remains to be seen.

Conley did not catch his lone target in Sunday's 40-0 loss to Buffalo.
EDGE Analysis
It was the second straight week with one target and zero catches for Conley, who has played 88 percent of the offensive snaps those two games. He and the rest of the team's receiving options suffered from poor quarterback play Sunday, as rookie Davis Mills threw four picks and had a 23.4 QB rating.

Conley failed to bring in his only target in the Texans' 24-9 loss to the Panthers on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran disappointingly failed to get on the stat sheet despite the Texans playing short-handed at the receiver position with Danny Amendola (thigh) inactive. Through three games with his new squad, Conley has brought in three of five targets for 40 yards on the heels of back-to-back 40-reception seasons in Jacksonville over the last two campaigns. Given his past body of work, Conley's role should grow at least somewhat in coming games, and he'll look to make a bigger contribution in a Week 4 road clash with the Bills a week from Sunday.

Conley caught one of two targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 31-21 loss to the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
Conley saw his snap share increase significantly in Week 2, going from 51 to 90 percent due to injuries to Nico Collins (shoulder) and Danny Amendola (hamstring). With Anthony Miller healthy but inactive, Conley took on a larger role but had significantly fewer targets than Brandin Cooks (14). The wideout injuries weren't the only ones impacting Conley's usage; the 6-foot-3, 205-pound receiver was forced to be the third tight end in run-heavy personnel packages, per Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle. The Texans don't have much time to sort out their personnel issues, as they prepare for a Thursday night matchup against Carolina.
