Coach Doug Marrone said he's comfortable with Conley filling in for Laviska Shenault (hamstring) against the Packers on Sunday, John Shipley of SI.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley saw his largest snap count since Week 3 last week against the Texans and had a season-high seven catches for 58 yards with the rookie Shenault exiting early with an injury. The veteran wideout isn't nearly as versatile as the rookie, but he can be a decent option on the outside. Conley showed good rapport with quarterback Jake Luton in the rookie's first start last week and should have a sizable snap share Sunday.

Conley caught seven of eight targets for 52 yards during Sunday's 27-25 loss to the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
Conley finished second on the team in all major receiving categories, topping 50 receiving yards for the second time this season. He did little of note outside his long gain of 21 yards but still displayed a solid rapport with replacement quarterback Jake Luton. While Luton is expected to start again next Sunday against the Packers and could continue to look Conley's way, the wideout shouldn't be considered a reliable fantasy option until he proves otherwise.

Conley caught one of two targets for a 28-yard touchdown in Sunday's 39-29 loss to the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran receiver's first touchdown of the season gave the Jaguars their last lead of the afternoon late in the third quarter, as the Bolts went on to score the game's final 17 points. It's the second straight game in which Conley has caught only one pass, and he's seen just 10 targets from Gardner Minshew over the last four contests as the Jags' No. 4 wideout. Jacksonville could shake up its passing game during its Week 8 bye, however, as Minshew's job security is shaky following six straight losses.

Conley caught one of two targets for six yards during Sunday's 34-16 loss to the Lions.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old and rookie Collin Johnson each played 15 offensive snaps, though the rookie didn't receive a look from Gardner Minshew. DJ Chark, Laviska Shenault and Keelan Cole have clearly established themselves as Jacksonville's top three wideouts, leaving Conley and Johnson to fill depth roles while the trio remain healthy.

Conley caught both his targets for 58 yards during Sunday's 30-14 loss to the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old again had a minor role in Jacksonville's aerial attack despite Gardner Minshew attempting 49 passes, though his 51-yard reception during the fourth quarter made it his most productive game of the season. Conley caught only one pass for six yards in the season opener, but over the last four games he's averaging three receptions for 46 yards. Conley could see some more playing time depending on the severity of DJ Chark's ankle injury, though he still only caught three of eight targets for 34 yards during Chark's previous absence Week 3.

Conley caught three of four targets for 44 yards in Sunday's 33-25 loss to the Bengals.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old played only 21 offensive snaps during the contest, though his production remained in line with his numbers from previous weeks thanks to a 33-yard reception during the fourth quarter. Conley hasn't been involved enough in Jacksonville's offense through four games to warrant fantasy consideration, especially now that DJ Chark (chest) is back from injury.

Conley caught three of eight targets for 34 yards during Thursday's 31-13 loss to the Dolphins.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old led Jacksonville's wideouts in offensive snaps (53 of 66) and targets in the absence of DJ Chark (back/chest), but he was unable to turn it into significant production. It should have been as ideal situation for Conley with the Jaguars playing from behind most of the game, but RB James Robinson ended up being the only pass catcher to exceed 45 receiving yards. Conley has caught eight of 16 targets for 88 yards through three games and isn't a viable fantasy option, especially once Chark is back in the fold.

Conley caught four of seven targets for 48 yards during Sunday's 33-30 loss to the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old played only 16 offensive snaps in the season opener and caught one pass for six yards, but he was more involved Sunday as QB Gardner Minshew attempted 45 passes. Conley's seven targets tied for the team lead, though it's difficult to read much into that as Minshew spread the ball around, targeting nine different players at least three times. Conley hasn't shown enough consistent involvement in the passing game through two contests to be considered for fantasy purposes.

Conley caught his only target for six yards during Sunday's 27-20 win over the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old was listed as starter opposite DJ Chark on Jacksonville's first unofficial depth chart, but he played only 16 offensive snaps in the season opener, with Keelan Cole (33 snaps) and Laviska Shenault (31) both significantly more involved. Conley caught 47 passes for 775 yards and five touchdowns in 16 games last season, but his 2020 campaign is off to a rough start.

Conley has made "splash" plays throughout training camp, Gene Frenette of The Florida Times-Union reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley had a solid first season in Jacksonville and did enough for the team to pick up the 2020 option on his contract, but he doesn't appear especially likely to match last year's career highs of 866 snaps, 775 yards and 90 targets. The Jaguars also bring back DJ Chark, Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole, plus they added Laviska Shenault in the second round of the NFL Draft. While a strong showing this summer likely will allow him to retain a starting job, Conley won't necessarily have an every-down role, nor will he have job security if he fails to produce early on.
