Tony Allen double-doubled at Madison Square Garden with 18 points and 10 boards, adding two assists on 7-of-10 shooting on Wednesday. He played hard in 26 minutes and even dove into the third row by the scorers table in fourth quarter. Allen has taken a bit of a backseat to Jerryd Bayless, so there's really no reason to pick him up unless you plan to use his back-to-back set that starts on Friday to your advantage.

Tony Allen grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds as the Grizzlies held on for a win vs. the visiting Celtics on Saturday. Allen also scored 10 points on 5-of-13 shooting, with three assists, one steal and only one turnover in 33 minutes. He's been hitting the boards all season, averaging a career-high 4.6 rebounds per game, but keep in mind that he'd scored single-digit points in six straight games before squeaking by tonight.

Tony Allen played 21 minutes during Wednesday's 91-85 win over the Blazers, scoring 10 points with seven boards, one steal and one block on 4-of-13 shooting. In his 11 games prior to last Wednesday, Allen played 30 minutes per game and produced averages of 11 points, eight boards and 1.5 steals. However, his minutes have taken a dip lately and those that picked him up in standards should consider cutting him for a hot free agent. Jerryd Bayless does have a bit more value and he played well Wednesday with 13 points, two boards, one assist, one steal and three 3-pointers in 25 minutes.

Tony Allen flirted with a double-double on Friday with nine points and eight boards, adding one assist, two steals and two blocks in 33 minutes. He's not the flashiest player in the league, but he in his previous five games, TA averaged 13.2 points, 6.2 boards, 2.4 steals, 0.6 blocks and 0.4 triples on 63.4 percent from the field. There are some other players with bigger upside, but he's a rock-solid asset in standard formats right now. Jerryd Bayless had another off game with just eight points, two boards, two assists and one steal in 22 minutes.

Tony Allen had 12 points, eight rebounds, one assist, three steals and a block on 3-of-8 shooting in 35 minutes on Wednesday. Allen is playing well and getting heavy minutes for the Grizzlies. The possible arrival of J.J. Redick could slow his roll, but with a fantasy-friendly schedule the rest of the way, Allen is worth a look in most leagues, especially head-to-head playoff formats where games played matter, but don't expect him to knock down 3-pointers. The Grizzlies finish up with a weekly games-played schedule of 3-3-4-4-4-4-3-2.

Tony Allen had 10 points, six rebounds, an assist, steal and block on 5-of-7 shooting in 20 minutes on Tuesday. Allen is starting to come on and has the ability to pack the stat sheet across the board. He's not going to help you win any scoring titles, but could be an asset down the stretch given the Grizzlies' fantasy-friendly playoff schedule.

Tony Allen shot 8-of-12 from the field for 19 points with eight boards, three assists, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer in 33 minutes. Allen is red-hot from the field in his last five, shooting 65.8 percent in 28.8 minutes per game. His production has jumped a little with Rudy Gay in Toronto, but there isn't much of an upside and standard league owners should be able to go better.

Tony Allen scored a season-high 17 points on Friday against the Warriors, hitting 7-of-8 shots (including a three) with four rebounds and two steals in 28 minutes. Allen's production has slipped way off the standard league radar in the last two weeks, and he'll need to string together a few games like this before we recommend an add.

Tony Allen (ankle) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Suns, but he has told the trainers he will play. It's unclear when Allen sustained the injury as the Grizzlies haven't played since Friday -- and he logged 34 minutes in that one. It sounds like a mere roll that happened in practice that he'll be able to play through. Jerryd Bayless is Allen's backup at shooting guard.

Tony Allen scored 14 points on 6-of-11 shooting with nine rebounds, six assists, one steal, and three blocks in the Grizzlies' 85-69 win over the Kings on Friday. Leave it to the Junkyard Dog to clean up the garbage Kings offense. Owners should give Allen props for putting up numbers but look at the last couple of weeks without Quincy Pondexter around to gauge his value. He's been a borderline play in standard formats during that time but is definitely worth a look.
