Allen (hamstring) will not play in Tuesday's matchup with the Clippers, Ronald Tillery of the Commercial Appeal reports.
EDGE Analysis
Allen will miss his second consecutive game due to soreness in his left hamstring. He had been considered questionable in the leadup to Tuesday's game. In Allen's absence look for Vince Carter and P.J. Hairston to see some extra time once again.

Allen (hamstring) is questionable to participate in Tuesday's tilt with the Clippers, Ronald tillery of The Commercial Appeal reports.
EDGE Analysis
Allen missed the Grizzlies' previous game against the Warriors, and it sounds like he will be a game-time decision Tuesday. If he cannot go Vince Carter, P.J. Hairston, and Lance Stephenson could all see an increased workload. Expect an update on his status closer to tip-off.

Allen has been ruled out of Saturday's tilt with the Warriors with a sore left hamstring, Grizzlies sideline reporter Rob Fischer reports.
EDGE Analysis
It seems like general soreness in Allen's hamstring will keep him on the bench, but it doesn't seem to severe. The veteran will get some much needed rest before the playoffs begin in a week. Look for Vince Carter, Lance Stephenson, and P.J. Hairston to see increased action in Allen's absence.

Allen scored 25 points (8-14 FG, 9-9 FT) while adding seven rebounds, three steals and a block in 37 minutes during Friday's loss to the Mavericks.
EDGE Analysis
Five of his rebounds came on the offensive glass as Allen took on the scoring load for an injury-riddled Grizzlies squad. Although Memphis has clinched a playoff spot, they're still fighting for fifth place in the Western Conference and a chance to avoid facing the Warriors, Spurs or Thunder in the first round, so expect Allen to continue seeing as many minutes as he can handle down the stretch while he waits for some healthy reinforcements.

Allen admitted after Wednesday's loss to the Nuggets that he's been playing through pain in his hand and knee, the Memphis Commercial-Appeal reports.
EDGE Analysis
Allen said he jammed his knuckle Wednesday but quickly noted that "it isn't anything to run home and tell mom or anything." Even so, Allen was noticeably wincing throughout the game and played just seven minutes in the second half. "I don't think I was in the game mentally or physically," Allen said. "So I think Coach (Dave Joerger) did the right thing by sitting me." While under normal circumstances Allen would likely miss a game or two to recover, the injury-riddled Grizzlies don't have the luxury of holding Allen, or forward Zach Randolph (ankle), out as the playoffs approach. "We want to be going into the playoffs playing our style of basketball. Everybody on the same page, offensively and defensively," Allen said. "With these seven games left, we've got time to (get the fifth seed). Like I said, we come in each game looking forward to winning them. Right now it's just staying together, staying confident, and paying attention to detail for 48 minutes."

Allen scored 27 points (12-12 FG, 3-5 FT) and added five assists, four rebounds, and one steal in 31 minutes during the Grizzlies' 107-100 loss to the Lakers on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Allen committed five turnovers and four fouls, but those relying on him in fantasy have to be pleased with his overall output. Allen has scored 10 points or more in five straight games, and through 10 games this month he is averaging 15 points on 53 percent shooting to go with 4.4 rebounds, 2.2 steals, and 1.8 assists to 2.2 turnovers in 30 minutes per appearance. Though he is unlikely to continue making such a high percentage of his shots, Allen does limit his attempts from the perimeter knowing that he doesn't possess infinite range.

Allen went for 22 points (7-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 7-9 FT), four rebounds and a steal over 32 minutes in Saturday's 113-102 victory over the Clippers.
EDGE Analysis
The 12-year veteran was excellent in providing some offensive punch for a Grizzlies squad that has considerably struggled to score in several games during March. The point total represented Allen's second game with over 20 points during the month, and his second-highest scoring night of the campaign. Allen's stat line was aided by his season-high nine visits to the charity stripe, as he remained aggressive throughout. Despite the standout performance, Allen's offensive contributions are typically more modest, helping to frame Saturday's results in the proper perspective for fantasy owners.

Allen pitched in 13 points (5-11 FG, 3-3 FT), four rebounds, two assists and two steals over 34 minutes in Thursday's 96-86 loss to the Bucks.
EDGE Analysis
The 12-year veteran put together his second consecutive double-digit scoring performance, and remained aggressive on offense. Allen now has double-digit shot attempts in five of the last seven games, and has shot 40 percent or better in six of the last seven as well. With the plethora of injuries plaguing the Grizzlies, the 34-year-old is enjoying his most productive month of the season, averaging 12.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.3 blocks and 2.6 steals over the seven March contests he's been a part of.

Allen had five points (2-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, and three steals in 26 minutes during the Grizzlies' 130-81 loss to the Rockets on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Following an eight-game absence due to a sore left knee, Allen is averaging 13.2 points, five rebounds, 3.2 steals, 1.4 assists, and 0.2 blocks in 29 minutes per game over the last five contests. With the Grizzlies dealing with injuries to more than half the roster, Allen can be expected to continue playing plenty of minutes going forward.

Allen (knee) returned to the lineup in a big way Monday, scoring a season-high 26 points (11-17 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT) with five steals and four assists over 34 minutes in a 106-103 win against the Cavaliers.
EDGE Analysis
Forget the fact that this is Tony Allen we're talking about here and consider that the defensive specialist had missed the past eight games with a knee injury. All he did in his return was help the Grizzlies take down the top team in the Eastern Conference on the road. It's safe to say Allen was a DFS lottery ticket Monday and likely won't sniff this type of scoring performance again this season.
