Jeremy Lin picked up steam throughout Saturday's 116-124 win over the Jazz, finishing with 19 points, one 3-pointer, three rebounds and eight assists. Mercifully, it seems Lin has rediscovered his shooting touch this week -- in the past four games he's made 24-of-42 FGs, including 3-of-7 from downtown. With career-high numbers in rebounds (4.5), assists (6.5) and steals (2.1), any chatter about Lin being a bust is misguided.

Kelvin Sampson says Jeremy Lin got his "swagger" back in Friday's game against the Knicks and followed it with his best game of the season Tuesday. Lin has 29 points, 13 assists, 11 rebounds, four steals and two 3-pointers in his last games and is shooting 61.9 percent from the field in that time. It's not the scoring and assist machine we saw during Linsanity, but he's getting closer to being the player Houston expected. He remains a must-start PG for fantasy purposes.

Jeremy Lin had 16 points, 10 assists, three steals and a 3-pointer on 7-of-9 shooting in Tuesday's easy win over the Raptors. This was Lin's second double-double of the season and the third time he's recorded 10 dimes or more. He's far from the player we saw at the peak of Linsanity last season, but is still producing well enough to be considered a must-start fantasy point guard in most leagues.

Acting Rockets coach Kelvin Sampson said that Jeremy Lin was benched for the majority of the fourth quarter on Wednesday because Toney Douglas was "a much better matchup with Nate [Robinson]." Lin is in the midst of a brutal shooting slump (28.8 percent in his last seven games), which makes it harder to justify having him on the floor late. Chances are that his fourth quarter minutes won't be a major issue once his offense comes around. It's worth noting that Lin's 26 minutes on Wednesday marked just the second time all season that he played less than 30 minutes in a game.

Lin hasn't really been the same since he airballed a key shot in a close game about a week ago. Even though he's hitting just 33 percent of his field goals, he's still posting solid mid-to-late round value. Toney Douglas scored 11 points on 1-of-4 shooting (1-of-3 3PTs, 8-of-8 FTs) with three rebounds and two assists in 22 minutes, but we'd lean toward this being a buy low moment rather than a sign of a timeshare. At least right now.

Jeremy Lin scored five points and handed out 10 assists in 31 minutes on Sunday, then took a seat for the end of the Rockets' lopsided loss to the Lakers. The dimes are nice but Lin shot just 2-of-9 from the field, lowering his 35.5 FGP for the season. The good news is that his rebounds (4.7), assists (6.7) and steals (2.3) are all excellent, his turnovers (2.6) are down and he's even chipping in a few blocks (0.7).

The only interesting thing here is seeing his minutes (35.5) limited a bit while his teammates played 40 or more, as it shows the Rockets aren't ready to let him go heavy on his knee just yet. The Rockets opted to go with Toney Douglas (2-of-11 FGs) instead of Lin during the overtime period. Regardless, we've seen no report about an injury and we're pretty sure we'd have heard something if there was one. Tonight's effort is a step forward after some slow nights, so hopefully you remained patient.

Jeremy Lin hit just 2-of-10 shots for four points, four rebounds, four assists, three steals and a block in Wednesday's win. He's no longer a superstar or fantasy savior, but is playing well enough this season to be considered a very serviceable point guard. This was just an off night.

Jeremy Lin airballed a game-tying 3-point attempt in Monday's loss to the Heat, and finished with nine points, one rebound, six assists, one steal, and three blocks. Lin's airballed three came with nobody near him, and it may just stoke fears in owners that may or may not believe in his overall talent. After a small slow stretch, it's not a bad time to call his owner up with an offer for the early-round producer.
