Jeremy Lin (head) received five stitches in Friday's game and finished with eight points, one rebound, seven assists, four steals and six turnovers in 29 minutes against the Bucks. He took a head-to-head hit with Larry Sanders and was bleeding on the side of his head, but he did return. Lin should be just fine for Saturday's game against the Cavs. Compared to last year, his averages are up in steals, blocks, assists, rebounds, 3-pointers and free throw shooting, so his owners should be satisfied with where he went in drafts.

The Rockets have won six of their last seven games and Lin is averaging 19 points and nine assists over his last four games. Make sure he's in your lineup going forward.

Houston is riding a three-game win streak and there are signs that Lin and James Harden are figuring out how to complement each other better, which is great news for Lin's owners. This ties his season-high in the assist department, and his owners luck out with a four-game slate during the upcoming Christmas week.

Lin looked every bit the part and surely he was geeked up to play where it all began. For a guy with plenty of question marks to enter the year, he is having a fine season despite the ups and downs. Chandler Parsons was a bystander for the Lin and James Harden show tonight, but still managed to rack up five steals to go with his nine points, five rebounds, and three assists.
