Eric Bledsoe (shin) will not play against the Magic on Sunday. He was on the court in pre-game and went to the locker room. Bledsoe keeps trying to warm up for games, but he just can't seem to endure the pain from his bruised shin. This will be his fourth game missed and Gerald Green will step up and look to bounce back from a 5-of-15 shooting performance on Friday.

"I'm assuming he's not going to play," coach Jeff Hornacek said. This will be his third consecutive game on the sidelines and Gerald Green will get the start. In his five starts at shooting guard, Green has averages of 18.2 points, 1.2 blocks, 0.8 steals and 3.6 triples. Anyone that owns him should put him in the lineup.

The Suns held him out on Tuesday and Wednesday as a precaution, but Bledsoe is eager to return. "I was sitting on the bench [on Tuesday] and I almost bit my nails off," he said. "I wanted to get in so bad." His return will send Gerald Green to the bench, though Green has been hot enough lately that Jeff Hornacek may have a hard time keeping him out of the lineup.

He's been one of the most exciting players in the league and after the Suns completely melted down on Tuesday after being on the wrong end of a 10-0 run, they're going to miss Bledsoe again. Gerald Green will start and should be in most lineups while Archie Goodwin gets another audition off the bench.
