Carroll (ankle) is considered a game-time decision for Monday's game against the Mavs, Josh Lewenberg of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carroll is still battling a nagging ankle issue, and the team will wait until after warmups to give him a final evaluation. The veteran was held out of action Saturday in Miami and Wednesday in New Orleans, but he played 33 minutes in Friday's loss to the Hawks, putting up 11 points, seven rebounds and two blocks.

Carroll will be sidelined for Saturday's tilt against the Heat due to a sore left ankle, Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carroll will be a late scratch to Saturday's game, sending Norman Powell into the starting five in his place. On the season, Carroll is averaging 9.3 points and 4.1 rebounds across 27.4 minutes per game.

Carroll (ankle) will return to the starting lineup after a one game absence Friday versus the Hawks, Matt Devlin of Raptors.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It was previously reported that Carroll would be available, but it was unclear if he would start. However, barring any setbacks, his role as a starter likely indicates he will be playing without any limitations. P.J. Tucker started in his place Wednesday, and will presumably return to his regular role as a reserve.

Coach Dwane Casey said that Carroll (ankle) would be available for Friday's game against the Hawks, but wouldn't commit to the forward in a starting role, Eric Koreen of The Athletic Toronto reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carroll missed Wednesday's win over the Pelicans with the left ankle sprain, but after practicing Thursday, it looks like the worst of the injury is behind him. Though Carroll is now reasonably healthy, he's been largely unproductive over his last six games with averages of 5.2 points (on 32.4% shooting from the field), 4.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 27.5 minutes per contest, so it appears Casey could opt to reassess the veteran's status as a starter. P.J. Tucker, who played 38 minutes and provided eight points and six rebounds Wednesday, would represent Carroll's main challenger for duties as the small forward on the top unit.

Carroll (ankle) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Heat.
EDGE Analysis
The Raptors also labeled Carroll questionable ahead of their previous game Wednesday against the Pelicans, only for the forward to ultimately sit out. It seems Carroll has a much better chance of suiting up Friday, however, as he was able to participate in practice Thursday, with coach Dwane Casey indicating afterward that Carroll performed well during the session. The team will presumably reexamine Carroll again at morning shootaround Friday, but if all goes well, he'd likely reenter the starting five at small forward, pushing P.J. Tucker back to the bench.

Carroll (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's matchup with the Pelicans, Raptors radio play-by-play announcer Eric Smith reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carroll wasn't able to practice on Monday or Tuesday, so the writing was on the wall that he wasn't going to be able to give it a go. His next opportunity to play will be Friday against the Hawks, but for the duration of Carroll's absence, Norman Powell and P.J. Tucker should see additional minutes. That said, the Raptors have yet to announce who will start in Carroll's place.

Carroll (ankle) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans, Josh Lewenberg of TSN Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carroll has missed practice both Monday and Tuesday, so despite being given a questionable designation heading into Wednesday, there's still a decent chance Carroll is unable to take the floor. The Raptors play three games in four days to end this week, so it seems more realistic to give Carroll some additional time off to avoid any sort of aggravation. That said, his availability for Wednesday's morning shootaround should give us a better idea on his eventual status.

Carroll (ankle) remained sidelined for practice Tuesday, Raptors radio play-by-play broadcaster Eric Smith reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carroll hasn't been able to practice either of the last two days since spraining his left ankle in Saturday's loss to the Bucks, and his availability for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans looks to be in some peril. If Carroll ends up sitting out that game, Norman Powell or P.J. Tucker would likely enter the starting five in his place, though both would be in store for increased playing time.

Carroll (ankle) sat out Monday's practice and his status is uncertain for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans, Eric Smith of Fan 590 reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carroll injured his ankle against the Bucks on Saturday and is still dealing with some lingering soreness. The team did confirm that he merely sprained his ankle, likely meaning it won't keep him out for long. P.J. Tucker and Norman Powell will figure to see some extra minutes if Carroll does wind up sitting out come Wednesday.

Carroll will not return to Saturday's tilt against the Bucks due to sustaining a left ankle sprain in the third quarter.
EDGE Analysis
Carroll injured his ankle landing on an opposing player's foot. He'll have plenty of time to rest up since the Raptors' next game isn't until Wednesday against the Pelicans. If he misses any additional time, P.J. Tucker and Normal Powell will likely see extra workload.
