Johnson (shoulder) has been ruled out for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cavaliers on Tuesday, Michael Eaves of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Johnson's injury is being listed as a sprained right AC joint in his shoulder and it's giving him enough discomfort where he'll have to remain on the sidelines Tuesday. Gerald Green has been rotating in and out of the starting lineup when the Celtics have gone smaller, but going up against the Cavaliers' frontcourt of Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson could prompt coach Brad Stevens to go with a bigger option in Kelly Olynyk or Jonas Jerebko with the top unit.

Johnson (shoulder) will go through shootaround and pre-game warmups with the intent of testing his shoulder up until the tipoff of Tuesday's Game 4 matchup against the Cavaliers, Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe reports.
EDGE Analysis
There hasn't been any word about Johnson's MRI results, but it could be assumed it's nothing major if he's questionable for Tuesday's game. Johnson said the shoulder is 'feeling better', which is also a positive sign for his Game 4 availability. All that in mind, Johnson definitely remains a risky DFS play due to the fact he could either get scratched right before tipoff or have his minutes limited.

Johnson was held out of Monday's practice and is expected to have an MRI performed on his right shoulder, Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe reports.
EDGE Analysis
Johnson moved back into the starting lineup for Game 3 on Sunday, but eventually hurt his shoulder, which limited him to a total of nine minutes. The Celtics are going to have Johnson go in for an MRI to make sure he's not dealing with something more serious and that should give us a better indication for how long it could keep him on the sidelines. For now, consider Johnson questionable going into Game 4 on Tuesday, with another update likely coming following his MRI.

Johnson suffered from a right shoulder sprain in Sunday's Game 3 against the Cavaliers but is available to return.
EDGE Analysis
Johnson got tangled up with the Cavaliers' Tristan Thompson in the first quarter and headed to the locker room shortly after. While he is available to return, coach Brad Stevens has limited the power forward's minutes throughout the playoffs, so he likely won't see many more minutes regardless of his health.

Johnson will start at power forward in Sunday's Game 3 against the Cavaliers, Adam Himmelsbach of The Boston Globe reports.
EDGE Analysis
Head coach Brad Stevens will be prioritizing defense in Game 3 by having Gerald Green return to the bench and throwing out a bigger starting lineup. Even with the start, however, Johnson is still not expected to play a major role, as he still is yet to play more than 18 minutes in the playoffs. Marcus Smart will also start at point guard with Isaiah Thomas (hip) done for the rest of the postseason.

Johnson will head to the bench in favor of Gerald Green for Friday's Game 2 matchup against the Cavaliers, Jay King of MassLive.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Brad Stevens, after the Celtics got blown out on their home floor during Game 1, will opt to replace Johnson's size with Green's speed with the change to the starting five. The last time Johnson came off the pine in favor of Green was during Game 3 of the Celtics/Wizards series, where he played 10 minutes and finished with three points, four rebounds and one assist.

Johnson started and posted eight points (4-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt), five rebounds and one block over 18 minutes in Wednesday's 123-101 Game 5 win over Washington.
EDGE Analysis
It was Johnson's third start of the Series. He helped the Celtics jump to an early lead, with Boston ending the first quarter with a 38-24 advantage. Johnson's 18 minutes were a Series high for the power forward. His five boards contributed to the Celtics outrebounding Washington 48-to-45, a rarity for Boston. Predicting Johnson's minutes for Friday's Game 6 is risky, as he's averaging only 11 minutes per game in the playoffs.

Johnson will start at power forward for Sunday's Game 4 against the Wizards, Jay King of MassLive.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Johnson came off the bench for Game 3, as the Celtics opted to go smaller with Gerald Green in the starting lineup. However, after the Celtics were blown out by the Wizards, they'll go back to a more traditional lineup, with Johnson at power forward and Green coming off the bench. Johnson should see a slight uptick in playing time, but he's averaged just 9.5 minutes per game so far during the playoffs, so he has little fantasy upside.

Johnson will return to the bench for Thursday's Game 3 against the Wizards, Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe reports.
EDGE Analysis
Johnson was inserted back into the starting lineup for Monday's Game 2, but after the Celtics got off to a slow start, he was pulled from the game and didn't receive much playing time the rest of the way. He's played single-digit minutes over his last two games and was held out of the rotation completely in the three contests prior to that, so it's safe to avoid Johnson in Thursday's DFS slate. Gerald Green will be moving into the starting lineup in Johnson's place as the Celtics go with a smaller lineup.

Coach Brad Stevens said he anticipates moving Johnson back into the starting lineup for Tuesday's Game 2 against the Wizards, Jay King of MassLive.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Johnson struggled during the first round of the the playoffs, eventually being benched for the second half of the series in favor of Gerald Green. However, if Markieff Morris (ankle) of the Wizards is cleared to play, coach Brad Stevens is expected to go back to a bigger lineup that features Jae Crowder and Johnson at the two forward spots. That should send Green back to the bench in the corresponding move and could mean decreased minutes for him. Johnson has seen action in just one of the team's last three contests, so he'll see a much bigger role, although he likely won't be an appealing DFS option despite the promotion.
