Travis went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI in Sunday's victory over the Tigers. Playing against his old organization, Travis had a huge series, going 5-for-11 in the three game stand. Since returning from the disabled list, he's hitting for a .406/.412/.500 slash line and has raised his season average to .297. He's quickly established himself as one of the top hitting middle infielders and will continue to improve as he's just 24.

Travis is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Red Sox. Travis has begun hitting the ball well again upon his return, collecting at least one hit in four of the five games since his activation from the disabled list. Ryan Goins will start at second place and bat ninth in his place Wednesday, but likely remains the everyday second baseman moving forward.

Travis went 2-for-3 with a run scored and was caught stealing in Monday's loss to the Red Sox. Travis looks like he's rounding back into form after a more than month-long layoff thanks to a shoulder injury thanks to his first multi-hit game since April 27. His .826 OPS is fourth among second basemen with at least 150 plate appearances and is one of the most exciting, young middle infielders at the plate. Travis also has value as a base stealer, swiping 16 bags in the minors in 2014; however, he has just three attempts in the majors this season, going 2-for-3 after being caught for the first time on Monday.

Travis went 1-for-3 with a double, a run scored and a RBI in Sunday's win over the Rangers. In his first series back, he went 2-for-10 at the plate with two runs scored. Travis also committed two errors Sunday, but still has a firm grasp on the starting second base role. He is still one of the most powerful second basemen, with the third highest slugging percentage of any second baseman with at least 100 at-bats. As he continues to pile up at-bats, he should get more and more comfortable at the plate.

Travis was 1-for-4 with one run scored in his return to the Toronto lineup Friday night. Travis had been on the disabled list since May 17 with inflammation in his shoulder, but now that he's healthy he should see the majority of the work at second base going forward. He hit in the nine hole for this one, but he was a huge bright spot early in the season, and if he can pick up where he left off, he is likely to move up in the order fairly soon.

Travis will bat ninth in the order Friday in his return to the starting lineup, Barry Davis of Sportsnet reports. The Jays will likely lean heavily on Travis now that he's healthy again, and it's reasonable to think that he'll push his way back up in the batting order if he can show a level of production similar to his pre-injury form.

Travis (shoulder) was activated from the disabled list Friday, Gregor Chisholm of MLB.com reports. Travis went 3-for-4 in his final game for Triple-A Buffalo, finishing off a lengthy rehab assignment on a high note. He'll still be the Jays' starting second baseman, but with Jose Reyes now healthy, Travis will likely bat somewhere between sixth and eighth in the order most of the time.

Travis (shoulder) went 3-for-4 with a double, a stolen base and two runs scored in his final rehab appearance for Triple-A Buffalo on Thursday. After a rocky rehab assignment that saw him bat .091 in three games in Double-A, Travis had by far his best rehab game in his final appearance. Before injuring his shoulder, he was hitting for a .271/.336/.504 slash line in 36 games and he hopes to pick up right where he left off upon his return. He will likely replace Ryan Goins in the starting lineup at second base.
