Devon Travis Resting After Injection rotoballer.com Wed 6/5/19 12:02 AM

Toronto Blue Jays second baseman Devon Travis (knee) will resume baseball activities once he's asymptomatic following a platelet-rich plasma injection. Travis hasn't played at all in 2019 and hasn't made it through more than 103 games in the big leagues in his four years with Toronto. Always seemingly injured, there's no guarantee that Travis makes it back to the big leagues and sees meaningful at-bats again, let alone in 2019. You can leave him to the waiver wire in all leagues.

Devon Travis To Begin Baseball Activities rotoballer.com Fri 4/12/19 11:11 PM

Toronto Blue Jays second baseman Devon Travis (knee) had his four-week post-operation appointment and will now begin baseball activities next week. The 28-year-old has a lot of talent, but has never been able to tap into it for long stretches because of injuries throughout his career. He has never played in more than 103 games in four big league seasons and has twice gone under 70 games. Travis won't even be guaranteed regular playing time if he does ever get back to full health in 2019.

The RotoBaller Head-to-Head rankings review series continues with a view of shortstop through the lens of our three-man expert panel of fantasy accuracy champ Nick Mariano and premier staffers JB Branson and Bill Dubiel. The position is well-stocked with useful starters, but as you get deeper, the H2H negatives will get exposed more.
