Dee Gordon continued to show off his speed on Monday, going 2-for-3 with his ninth steal of the season.
He also was caught for the fourth time, but we'll forgive him based on his productive evening, which included a run scored and an RBI. While he is batting only .238, Gordon will be given every opportunity to flourish as a table-setter.

Dee Gordon singled and stole a base in Wednesday's loss to the Brewers.
Gordon is hitting just .208 through his first 48 at-bats, but his eight swipes lead the majors. He won't remain at the top of the Dodgers lineup if he can't get his average up, but Gordon's speed promises to make him valuable all season in 10-12 team mixed leagues.

Dee Gordon is not in the Dodgers starting lineup against the Padres on Friday.
Just a routine day off for Gordon, who is off to a slow start with the bat hitting just .200 (6-for-30). He has done plenty of damage on the bases though, stealing five bases in just seven games. Justin Sellers will make his first start at the position.

Dee Gordon went 3-for-4 with two walks, three steals and a go-ahead single in the top 11th to lead the Dodgers past the Padres 6-5 on Saturday.
This is Gordon at his best; there won't be much power to speak of, but he's a definite threat -- maybe even the favorite -- to lead the NL in steals this year. His outstanding game tonight followed two to start the year in which he went 1-for-10 with a 5/0 K/BB ratio. With the victory, the Dodgers improved to 3-0. They'll go for a four-game sweep in San Diego behind Aaron Harang on Sunday.

Dee Gordon tripled, drew a walk and drove home two runs in Friday's win over the Cubs.
He also got caught stealing for the third time this spring, but has been successful on 10-of-13 attempts. Hitting a cool .382/.460/.509 to go along with all the speed, Gordon is a prime breakout candidate coming off his excellent 2011 cup of coffee.

Dee Gordon was clocked at 3.79 seconds from home to first in Saturday's game against the Indians.
He also stole a base and scored on a grounder to deep short. If he can hit .300 and raise his OBP from last season, Gordon could be a real threat to lead the majors in steals.

Dee Gordon went 3-for-3 with three runs scored and a stolen base in Friday's 17-4 shellacking of the White Sox.
Los Angeles' presumptive leadoff hitter is now batting .395 through his first 38 spring at-bats, and has swiped seven bases in the process. A real threat to hit .300 and steal 50 bases, Gordon is worth a mid-round gamble in mixed-league drafts.

Dee Gordon collected two singles in three at-bats Wednesday against the Padres.
He also swiped his sixth base, and has been caught only once. Although his .343 spring batting average is just for show, Gordon has real potential to hit .300 and steal 50 bases in his upcoming sophomore season.

Dee Gordon is day-to-day after taking a bad hop off his mouth Saturday.
"He ended up with a couple of stitches," Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said after Gordon took a ball to his face during batting practice. Gordon required stitches after the incident. The youngster bounced back from a mid-season demotion with the Dodgers last season to post a .304/.325/.362 batting line in September. He's primed for a breakout season in 2012
