Gonzalez went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run against Boston on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
The Venezuelan outfielder homered for the first time since May 15, and it looks like he's coming into his own. After a 2-for-23 slump last week, Gonzalez is currently riding a modest four-game hitting streak where he's gone 8-for-16.

Gonzalez went 3-for-4 with two runs against Boston on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Gonzalez hit safely for the third straight game, but he's been a bit of a disappointment in the power department with two extra-base hits (a triple and a home run) over that span. The 30-year-old outfielder only has five homers in 174 at-bats this season.

Gonzalez is not in the lineup Saturday against the Pirates, Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gonzalez will get the day off, as the Rockies go with Gerardo Parra in right field. Ryan Raburn will get the nod in left, while Charlie Blackmon mans center.

Gonzales went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a double, a walk and a run scored during Sunday's win over the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
Gonzalez entered Sunday's game in an 0-for-13 stretch, but he snapped that with a two-bagger in his first at-bat before going deep in the sixth inning. The homer was Gonzalez's first in nearly a month, putting him up to five on the season, and he will look to Sunday's performance to spark his bat from a power perspective moving forward.

Gonzalez is not in the lineup Wednesday against Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
It looks like simply a routine day off for Gonzalez, as the Rockies will go with Gerardo Parra in right field. Ryan Raburn will enter the lineup in left, while Charlie Blackson sticks at his usual spot in center field.

Gonzalez is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Diamondbacks.
EDGE Analysis
With the Rockies facing a left-handed pitcher in Arizona's Robbie Ray on Friday, manager Walt Weiss will use this opportunity to give Gonzalez his first off day of the season. Gerardo Parra will slide over to take Gonzalez's place in right field against the Diamondbacks on Friday, but Gonzalez figures to rejoin the lineup Saturday.

Gonzalez was 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
The red-hot slugger continued his torrid start to the season, smacking a two-run homer off Travis Woodl in the ninth. He also singled in the fourth to extend his hitting streak to 11 games, and 21 games dating back to last season. The 30-year-old has multi-hit games in three of his last four contests, and is now slashing an outstanding .400/.449/.778 through the first 11 games.

Gonzalez stretched his season-opening hitting streak to eight games Wednesday, going 3-for-5 with a double, a triple, an RBI and two runs against the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
We got great power output out of CarGo last year -- the finest of his career -- and yet he only hit .271, his second straight season of unimpressive average after four straight of .295 or better. Not surprisingly, his BABIP has been muffled over the last two years, with .283 and .284 marks contrasting a career .336 average. A BABIP rebound could mean that we get an even better version of Gonzalez this year -- a happy prospect for fantasy owners who picked him up at a bargain price because of his reputation for poor health.

Gonzalez went 2-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs in Sunday's win over the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
CarGo is off to an excellent start to the season, as he has collected a hit in every game en route to three homers, five RBI, five runs scored and a 1.215 OPS through 24 at-bats. The Colorado lineup as a whole is on fire at the moment, and Gonzalez is poised to follow up on his monstrous 2015 campaign.

Gonzalez went 2-for-5 with a homer and two runs on Opening Day against the Diamondbacks on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Coming off a career-high 40 homers -- and his first time over 30 since way back in 2010 -- Gonzalez has a lot to live up to this year. As always, the question for him isn't productivity, but health -- if he can stay on the field, as he did in playing a career-high 153 games last season, another impressive campaign should be in the works.
