Krug (arm/shoulder) is slated to play Monday night against the Blue Jackets.
EDGE Analysis
Krug left Saturday's game against the Stars late in the third period after taking a big hit from Jason Demers, but the blueliner participated fully in Monday's morning skate and has been deemed good to go for the B's evening tilt against Columbus. While Krug continues to see power play duty and has had his share of scoring chances of late, he's gone 33 games without scoring a goal, which puts the mobile defender firmly in "he's due" territory on that front.

Krug was forced out of Saturday's 7-3 win over the Stars at the 18:26 mark of the third period with what appeared to be a right arm or shoulder issue, the Boston Globe reports.
EDGE Analysis
Prior to his exit from the contest, Krug notched an assist in 21:45 worth of ice time, which included 5:17 on the power play. Meanwhile, the mobile blueliner's streak without a goal extended to 33 games. That said, though Krug has had a hard time finding the back of the net of late, it's not as though the scoring chances haven't been there for him. Through 58 games, Krug -- who has logged a 3/23/26 line in that span -- has recorded a total 178 shots, good for second most on the Bruins after Patrice Bergeron (200). Following the injury he suffered Saturday, consider Krug day-to-day as Monday's home game against Columbus approaches.

Krug was helped off the ice with what appeared to be upper body pain from a Jason Demer's hit during Saturday's game, Joe Haggerty of Comcast Sportsnet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Krug has been in a scoreless streak for the Bruins, but a borderline hit from Demer. However, Boston was still able to get a 7-3 victory over Dallas on the night. The team should update his status in the near future.

Krug recorded an assist, three hits and went plus-1 in Tuesday's 2-1 win over the Blue Jackets.
EDGE Analysis
The good news: Krug was able to find his way onto the scoresheet with an assist after not doing so in his last five outings. The bad news: Krug still remains goalless since Dec. 5, which is a span of a whopping 30 games. He's still averaging just over three shots a game, though, so hopefully it's only a matter of time before he starts to find the back of net.

Krug, who saw 22:15 worth of ice time in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Canucks, has gone 20 games without a goal, NESN.com reports
EDGE Analysis
Overall, Krug -- who last lit the lamp on Dec. 5 -- has just three goals to date, though he has helped out fantasy owners by adding 19 helpers in the 45 games he's seen action in. It's worth noting that Krug's 130 shots on goal currently tie him with Brad Marchand for second on the Bruins behind Patrice Bergeron (161), and if the mobile blueliner keeps firing away at such a pace, we'd expect his luck in the goal-scoring front to change sooner rather than later.

Krug (upper body) recorded two helpers in 21:34 worth of ice time in Tuesday's 7-3 win over Ottawa.
EDGE Analysis
NESN.com relays that the Bruins were not optimistic about Krug's chances of playing Tuesday, but the mobile blueliner toughed things out and made a mark on the team's power play, where he notched both of his points in the contest. In the process, Krug snapped a six-game point-scoring drought, and as long as he stays healthy, the Bruins will be counting on him to be a key cog on their power-play, with David Krejci now missing from that unit.

Krug (upper body) participated in line rushes during pregame warmups, indicating he will play Tuesday against the Senators.
EDGE Analysis
Krug exited Saturday's game against the Sabres with an upper-body injury, and missed Sunday's matchup with Ottawa as a result. Krug resumed skating Monday, however, which was the first indication he may be available for Tuesday's tilt. The 24-year-old blueliner is expected to skate alongside Adam McQuaid on the Bruins' second pairing in Tuesday's contest.

As Tuesday's game against the Senators approaches, Krug is considered day-to-day with what CSN New England describes as an upper body injury.
EDGE Analysis
Per coach Claude Julien, Krug "skated a little bit" Monday, but at this stage the mobile blueliner's status for Tuesday's contest remains cloudy.

Coach Claude Julien shared Monday that Krug (undisclosed) is currently considered day-to-day, but hasn't been ruled out for Tuesday's game, Amalie Benjamin of The Boston Globe reports.
EDGE Analysis
Krug didn't take part in morning skate Monday, which certainly doesn't help his chances, but we'll see what Tuesday brings. At this point, consider him questionable for the contest, but another update should be provided prior to the game.

Krug (undisclosed injury) won't play Sunday against the Senators.
EDGE Analysis
Krug did not even make the trip with the Bruins to Ottawa for the contest, which clouds his status for Tuesday's home rematch against the Senators. Meanwhile, Joe Morrow is a candidate to enter the B's lineup on Sunday in Krug's place.
