Pearson recorded two assists and a plus-2 rating during Friday's 4-1 win over St. Louis.
EDGE Analysis
This was just the second multi-point game of the season for the 25-year-old winger, and Pearson now sports a pedestrian four goals and 11 assists through 27 contests. While those numbers aren't tilting the fantasy scales in the majority of settings, there is definitely positive regression ahead of his 6.0 shooting percentage. It wouldn't be shocking if Pearson has better goal-scoring luck over the coming weeks.

Pearson picked up an assist in Thursday's win over the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
It was the first point in five games for Pearson, who is up to four goals and nine assists in 26 contests. He's been a disappointment in the goal column after striking 24 times last season, but the second-line winger is still on track to match the career-high 44 points he recorded in 2016-17. The 25-year-old is a reliable offensive producer worth owning in most deep leagues.

Pearson opened the scoring Tuesday against Vancouver.
EDGE Analysis
While the Kings went on to lose the game, it was good to see Pearson end a five-game goal-scoring drought. He's racked up seven points in his last seven games and has been a reliable fantasy winger this season. His top-six role and power-play contributions make him worth owning in a variety of formats. With 10 points and a plus-7 rating through 18 games this season, look for Pearson to continue being a steady source of offensive production.

Pearson dished out two even-strength assists and another one on the power play in Thursday's 5-3 win over Toronto.
EDGE Analysis
In addition to his three helpers, Pearson also finished with a plus-2 rating in just 14:02 of ice time. Pearson's now played over 16:30 only once in his past 10 games after topping that mark in three straight to open the season. Despite his limited role, the 25-year-old winger has been a solid all-around producer with seven points and a plus-6 rating in 13 appearances.

Pearson sealed the deal with an empty-net marker in Saturday's win over Buffalo.
EDGE Analysis
It was the first goal of the season for the the second-line winger, who has been firing plenty of shots on goal. The expectations are high for Pearson in fantasy this season after he netted 24 goals in a breakout 2016-17 campaign. Don't expect a massive point total, but given his lethal shot and power-play time, the 25-year-old should be good for another season in the 20-goal range.

Pearson collected two assists -- including a man-advantage helper -- Saturday, but the Kings dropped the exhibition home opener to the Canucks, 4-3 in overtime.
EDGE Analysis
Plenty of regulars from both sides were on the ice for this initial preseason affair, but Pearson only saw 12:08; he doesn't have a whole lot to prove after placing second (only behind Jeff Carter) on the team with 24 goals last season. Interestingly, the Kings will be pitted against the Canucks in Shanghai next Thursday, and Beijing on Saturday, Sept. 23. Pearson is one of 26 players within the organization bound for China.

Pearson will be on the Kings' protected list for the NHL Expansion Draft, John Hoven of Sirius XM reports.
EDGE Analysis
After signing a four-year contract in May, Pearson solidified his spot with the Kings after being put on the protected list. The 24-year-old was efficient last season, putting up 44 points while averaging 16:19 of ice time. His cap hit of just $3.75 million makes him an easy choice to keep around for the future of the Kings.

Pearson agreed to terms on a four-year, $15 million contract with the Kings on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
With Pearson set to become a free agent this offseason, Los Angeles decided to lock up one of their most promising young players before he was able to speak with other clubs. The 24-year-old continued to improve in his fourth season, posting 24 goals and 44 points, both of which were career highs by a decent margin. Pearson is proficient at getting the puck on net, as evidenced by his 187 shots on goal, and is beginning to earn trust on the power play, where he was a mainstay this season.

Pearson's goal in the third period in Thursday's win against the Jets was also his first goal in eight games.
EDGE Analysis
After scoring a goal in three straight games from Feb. 27 to March 2, Pearson went ice cold, notching just one assist in his past eight games prior to facing the Jets. He's already reached a career high in points this season with 42, including seven on the power play, thanks to a huge increase in power play ice time this season. He's a second-line scorer on a team that has trouble scoring, which makes him unreliable, but down the road should be able to consistently produce 40-50 points every season.

Pearson set up a trio of goals in Saturday's win over the Ducks.
EDGE Analysis
Watch out -- Pearson is getting hot. He has 11 points, including seven assists, in his last seven games. Perhaps more importantly, Pearson established a new career mark in points (37) with Saturday's burst. He's done it in 59 games, so watch for him to flirt with the 50-point mark this season.
