Nathan Horton (concussion) isn't working out. "He's at the stage he was earlier on," Bruins coach Claude Julien said. "We've got to be patient with that. As I've said before to my trainers and doctors, as long as symptoms are there, you're not going to hear a peep from me. I respect the seriousness of it all. You've got to give the guy the best opportunity possible to get himself better." It's entirely possible that Horton won't return before the end of the regular season.

As he continues to recover from a concussion, Nathan Horton will not be joining his Boston teammates on a six-game trip. Tonight's home match against the Rangers will mark the seventh game Horton will have missed, a total that will nearly double by the time the Bruins return from their 11-day road swing that commences Wednesday at Montreal.

Nathan Horton's concussion symptoms returned once he started to skate. Horton started to skate on Sunday, but he will stop for the time being. "He's back to square one," Bruins coach Claude Julien said. "We're giving him some time here." Horton hasn't played since Jan. 22.

Nathan Horton (concussion) didn't skate on Thursday. Horton was concussed on Jan. 23 and although the team has called the concussion "mild," there's really no way for us to tell how long he'll be sidelined. Right now, all we can say is that his return doesn't appear to be imminent.

Bruins coach Claude Julien is not talking about Nathan Horton's recovery from a concussion. Julien says that it will be ga ood thing when Horton is spotted on the ice working out with he teammates. No kidding. Then again, there is no telling when it comes to concussions. Horton has missed five games since he was concussed Jan. 23 at Philadelphia.

Nathan Horton skated on Sunday, as he continues to make positive steps in his recovery from a concussion. "When you see him in full practice with us, that's going to be the next sign," said coach Claude Julien. "Until then that's basically all I can tell you. You take steps and he's got to stay symptom-free. You go from the bike, to the ice, to contact. You've just got to make sure the next day, or the next few days, there's no setbacks." Horton has missed Boston's past five games.

Nathan Horton (concussion) might have rode a stationary bike Friday night, according to Bruins coach Claude Julien. Horton is starting to show signs of improvement, but it sounds like his return isn't imminent. Horton has missed three straight contests due to a concussion and is expected to be held out of a fourth on Saturday.

Nathan Horton (concussion) missed Thursday night's contest against the Carolina Hurricanes. It was his third straight game out of the lineup because of another concussion following a hit from Philadelphia's Tom Sestito on January 22nd. Don't count on him playing this week.

Nathan Horton hasn't resumed off-ice workouts yet and won't play Thursday night because he is still experiencing symptoms of his concussion. It's unclear when he will be ready to return, but it's unlikely that he'll play this week. Thursday's match will mark the third straight game he has missed.

Nathan Horton is still experiencing concussion-like symptoms. Bruins coach Claude Julien suggested that Horton is at least two-to-three days away, but the concept of a coach providing a timetable for a player still dealing with concussion symptoms is so foreign to us that we'll take it with a grain of salt. That being said, Julien said Horton is progressing and the fact that Julien felt comfortable enough to offer a rough estimate, even if it was just highlighting the minimum amount of addition time Horton will miss, is encouraging.
