Hoffman scored two goals, added an assist, and finished with a plus-4 rating in Monday's win over the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Hoffman's 17 goals are good for fourth in the NHL, and he has now found the back of the net 12 times in his last 12 contests. The 26-year-old winger has shown excellent chemistry with center Kyle Turris all season, as Ottawa's first line continues to be a nearly unstoppable force.

Hoffman scored two goals -- including the game-winner 30 seconds into overtime -- and added a power-play assist in Thursday's 4-3 win over Chicago.
EDGE Analysis
The impressive young winger is on a real scoring binge right now, with points in six straight games and nine goals (not to mention four helpers) in his last eight contests. Hoffman's on pace to shatter the totals he racked up in last year's impressive 27-goal, 48-point breakout; value him accordingly.

Hoffman sank two goals -- one on the power play -- in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Coyotes.
EDGE Analysis
Hoffman now has three two-point efforts over the past five contests. His natural ability to scan for gaps on the ice leads to accurate shots (18.5 shooting percentage this season). Hoffman has proven to be a steal for Ottawa after getting selected in the fifth round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

Hoffman scored a power-play goal and an empty-netter in Tuesday's win over Dallas.
EDGE Analysis
It was an efficient evening, as he scored on his only two shots. Hoffman's been piling up the multi-point efforts of late, with four of them in his last six games as he continues to build on last season's breakout performance.

Hoffman had a two-point game Saturday in a 4-0 win over the Flyers. He had a goal and an assist.
EDGE Analysis
Hoffman's lower-body injury is well behind him at this point and he has seven points (two goals, five assists) in his last six games. He's chugging along at a point-per-game pace (16 in 16), so he should eclipse last season's 27-goal, 48-point high.

Hoffman recorded a power-play goal and an assist in Monday's loss to the Red Wings.
EDGE Analysis
Hoffman went through a bit of a cold spell at the beginning of the month, but has otherwise been terrific this season and now has five points in his last four contests. While he might not work at the point-per-game pace he's currently maintaining, the top-line winger should surpass the 50-point plateau for the first time.

Hoffman dished out two assists -- one on the power play -- in Thursday's win over Vancouver.
EDGE Analysis
After missing four games at the end of October with a lower-body issue, Hoffman's come back with four assists in five games. Ottawa's top-line left winger has operated at a point-per-game clip in his 12 contests this year; while he'll be hard pressed to keep that up, he should easily surpass last season's 48 points with the increased ice time.

Hoffman (lower body) will return to the lineup Tuesday against the Canadiens.
EDGE Analysis
Hoffman appears primed to return to the top line for the Senators alongside Kyle Turris and Mark Stone following an extended absence due to a lower-body issue. He'll look to add to his eight points through seven games this season, facing a Canadiens team that will be without star netminder Carey Price.

Hoffman (lower body) was present at practice Monday and took part in line rushes, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hoffman has been sidelined since Oct. 22 with the lower-body issue, but his return could finally come Tuesday against the Canadiens. If the lines hold true from Monday's morning skate, he'll likely return to the top line alongside Kyle Turris and Mark Stone.

Hoffman (lower body) will not play Saturday against the Red Wings, TSN's Brent Wallace reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hoffman has been able to participate in the Senators' last few practices, including Saturday's morning skate, but apparently still isn't healthy enough to make his return to game action Saturday against Detroit. Hoffman will hope to return to Ottawa's lineup Tuesday against the Canadiens.
