Raffl has managed only two points -- both goals -- in the 12 games since November 1.
The winger started the year with seven points in his first 10 games, and his production has dropped considerably since then. His shot percentage continues to hover above last year's average, so a continued decline would not be out of the question.

Raffl scored the opening goal in Wednesday's 5-4 shootout loss to Anaheim.
The winger is averaging about a half point per game this season. Still, at 17.9%, his shot percentage is hovering well above average, so that average may drop in the coming weeks.

Raffl (ankle) will return to the starting lineup Wednesday against the Red Wings.
Raffl will make his return to the lineup a bit earlier than expected, as he wasn't fully expected to return to action until this weekend. He skated in Wednesday's morning skate, however, and felt well enough during pregame warmups to give it a go. He'll likely return to his regular role at left wing on the Flyers' second line.

Raffl (ankle) was activated from injured reserve Wednesday in advance of the Flyers' game against the Red Wings.
The 25-year-old enjoyed a spot on the top line with Claude Giroux and Jakub Voracek prior to missing the past eight games with the injury, but it looks like Raffl will settle in on the Flyers' second trio in his return Wednesday. Chris VandeVelde (lower body) was moved to IR to open up a roster spot for Raffl.

Raffl (ankle) was a full participant at the Flyers' morning skate and looks on tap to play Wednesday against the Red Wings, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Raffl hadn't been expected to return to action until the weekend, but the Flyers evidently upgraded his status after he was able to practice Tuesday without any apparent issues. He hasn't been activated from IR yet and will officially enter Wednesday's contest as a game-time decision, but coach Craig Berube said that Raffl will play on a line with Scott Laughton and Wayne Simmonds barring a setback during pregame warmups. Raffl who has six goals in 12 games, has missed the Flyers' previous eight games with the ankle issue.

Raffl (ankle) may return to action as soon as Friday versus the Red Wings, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Raffl practiced with the Flyers on Tuesday for the first time since suffering the injury approximately three weeks ago. The young winger showed strong rapport with Claude Giroux and Jakub Voracek in the early going, so it seems likely coach Craig Berube would plug him back in on the top line once he's deemed healthy.

Raffl (lower body) could play Saturday against the Rangers, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Raffl is expected to skate with the team Tuesday, but won't be available for any of the team's next three games. The winger potted six goals and an assist in 12 games before getting hurt, but hasn't been in the lineup since Nov. 4.

Raffl (lower body) was placed on injured reserve Friday.
Raffl is expected to miss around four more weeks while recovering from the lower-body injury, so the move to IR will not affect his recovery timetable. It appears the transaction was made in order for the Flyers to activate Andrew MacDonald in advance of Thursday's loss to the Wild.

Raffl (lower body) has been ruled out for six weeks, Frank Seravalli of the Philadelphia Daily News reports.
It's believed that Raffl is dealing with a foot injury, which he likely sustained while blocking a shot during the third period Tuesday's victory over the Oilers. Raffl had solidified a spot on the Flyers' top line with a team-leading six goals before the injury, but it looks like Chris VandeVelde will receive the first shot at replacing the Austrian winger, after skating in his spot at Wednesday's practice. It's more likely, however, that Brayden Schenn, who started the season alongside Claude Giroux and Jakub Voracek before being replaced by Raffl, will eventually reclaim the spot on the top line before long. Look for Raffl to make his return to the Flyers at some point in late December.

Raffl suffered a lower-body injury in Tuesday's 4-1 victory over the Oilers, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
The young Austrian failed to collect a point in the victory, but managed to finish with a plus-2 rating while only seeing 12:41 of action due to the injury. Raffl has been a pleasant surprise this season on the Flyers' top trio with Claude Giroux and Jakub Voracek, and his injury could force coach Ken Berube to shuffle his lines if he ends up missing some time. The Flyers aren't expected to offer information regarding the severity of the injury until Wednesday.
