Raffl (pneumonia) is not likely to travel with the Flyers for their four-game trip beginning Sunday in Washington and ending Feb. 15 in Buffalo, Randy Miller of the Newark Star-Ledger reports. With Raffl having yet to resume practicing as the Flyers prepare to depart for Washington, it's likely he'll remain in Philadelphia to further recover from his bout with pneumonia. Since Raffl hasn't played in over seven days, the Flyers could elect to move him to injured reserve to free up a roster spot for a healthy forward during the road trip.

Raffl has pneumonia in his left lung, and he will be kept off the ice for a few days. The team refers to it as a "small bout" of pneumonia, but any lung issue makes it difficult to play hockey. Raffl has already missed three games, and he will likely miss at least one or two more contests.

Raffl (illness) was not at Tuesday's practice, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Raffl, who is dealing with an upper respiratory infection, was reportedly coughing and hacking after his last practice. He's seemingly in danger of missing a fourth straight game, but he'll have two more days to recover before Thursday's contest with the Islanders.

Raffl (illness) will not play Saturday against the Maple Leafs, Tim Panaccio of CSN Philadelphia reports. Raffl will sit out a third straight game while he continues to fight an upper respiratory infection. He'll need to resume skating with the team before a lineup return will be considered.

Raffl (illness) did not practice Friday, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. After missing contests on Tuesday and Thursday, Raffl is uncertain for Saturday's game against the Maple Leafs. Given that he hasn't skated since at least Monday, Raffl appears no better than questionable.

Raffl (illness) was not on the ice for Thursday's morning skate, CSN's Tim Panaccio reports. Raffle missed Tuesday's game due to his illness, and it looks like the ailment could prevent him from taking the ice Thursday as well.

Raffl is feeling under the weather as Tuesday's game against the Coyotes approaches, csnphilly.com reports. With Raffl iffy for Tuesday's contest, the Flyers have recalled fellow forward Petr Straka from AHL Lehigh Valley.

Raffl nabbed the game-winning goal in Saturday's 4-3 triumph over the Sabres. The forward's 12th goal of the season puts him fourth on the team in that category, but doesn't necessarily put his value on the rise. In three consecutive games, Raffl has seen his ice time fall below his 14:13 average TOI for the season, and he's still not receiving much usage on the Flyers' power play.

Raffl bagged a goal and a helper in Saturday's 7-4 win over Toronto. He must have read our last post and adjusted his offense as a result. Still, he'll need more consistent production to become a regular fixture in fantasy formats. But if he happened to be in your lineup, two points are always nice. The question is, "Why is he in your lineup?"
