Schenn was credited with a game-high five body checks over 12:52 of ice time during Friday's game against the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
It was the least playing time Schenn has received all season, but he now has 11 hits over his past two games. However, he's failed to register a point through the first four outings of the year, and he's now with his fourth organization in six years. His fantasy value is tied to penalty minutes, body checks and blocked shots, and his ownership should be limited to formats including those statistics.

Schenn signed a two-year, $2.5 million contract with the Coyotes on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Schenn appeared in 29 games with the Flyers last season, tallying five points (two goals, three assists) while registering a minus-7 rating, before being traded to the Kings in January, where he added 11 points (two goals, nine assists) with a plus-5 rating over 43 games. The 6-foot-3 26-year-old blueliner will likely slot into a bottom-pairing role with his new club in 2016-17, and won't be worth owning in the majority of fantasy leagues due to his lack of offensive upside.

Schenn played a hand in both Kings goals Wednesday, assisting on Trevor Lewis' tally before finding the back of the net himself.
EDGE Analysis
These were unsurprisingly Schenn's first two points of the series after he totaled just four goals and 12 assists in 72 games this season. Luke's a solid stay-at-home defenseman, but getting on the scoresheet is more his brother's forte.

Schenn collected two assists in Monday's 5-0 win over the Blackhawks.
EDGE Analysis
The stay-at-home d-man doesn't produce often, as these were just his 11th and 12th points of the season. With an average ice time of less than 18 minutes per night, a minus-4 rating and just 57 shots on goal in 58 games this year, Schenn shouldn't crack many fantasy rosters any time soon.

Schenn has recorded four points (one goal, three assists) in 15 games with the Kings after recording five points (two goals, three assists) in 29 games for Philadelphia to start the season.
EDGE Analysis
Schenn had a brief uptick in productivity with four points in a six-game stretch but has been held off the sheet over the last three games. He's not going to see heavy minutes for the Kings with Drew Doughty, Jake Muzzin and Alec Martinez anchoring the blue line so the change of scenery doesn't figure to change in fantasy outlook in a meaningful way.

Schenn was traded from the Flyers to the Kings on Wednesday, Elliotte Friedman of Hockey Night in Canada reports.
EDGE Analysis
Schenn was part of a three-player trade that sent both he and Vincent Lecavalier to the Kings in exchange for Jordan Weal and a third-round pick. Given the current depth along the blue line for the Kings, it's tough to speculate where Schenn will end up among the team's defensive pairings moving forward, but that should sort itself out over the next few days.

Schenn (ankle) will return Saturday to oppose the Blue Jackets, Sam Carchidi of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Schenn turned his ankle against the Jackets exactly two weeks ago, but evidently he has overcome the ailment and Flyers coach Dave Hakstol reportedly will put the 6-foot-2, 229-pound blueliner on the ice to help offset a Columbus lineup that is sizeable.

Schenn will miss two weeks with a lower-body injury.
EDGE Analysis
A two-week timetable would give Schenn a return date somewhere around the Flyers' Dec. 21 date with the Blues. This will break what has been a rough stretch for him, having no points a minus-7 rating in his last 10 games.

Schenn registered a game-high nine hits Tuesday night, but the effort was fruitless as the Flyers were shut out by the Avalanche, 4-0.
EDGE Analysis
If your fantasy league happens to counts hits, Schenn probably did you some favors Tuesday. Otherwise, he was largely a liability as he posted a minus-2 rating and extended his points drought to six games.
