Brodziak agreed to a one-year contract with the Blues on Thursday. Brodziak spent the last six seasons with the Minnesota Wild, but the 31-year old will now head to the Blues. During the 2014-15 season, Brodziak finished with nine goals and 11 assists while playing in 73 games. His fantasy value was limited to just those in deeper fantasy leagues during that span, so we'll have to wait and see if a fresh start in St. Louis is enough to improve his value.

Brodziak (upper body) is slated to play Thursday against the Rangers. Brodziak, who last suited up on March 23, checks back into the Wild lineup with 20 points and 45 PIM in 67 games to date, numbers that limit his fantasy utility to deeper formats. He's in line to center the team's fourth line Thursday, flanked by wingers Ryan Carter and Jordan Schroeder.

Brodziak (upper body) has been cleared to play, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Although Brodziak has received medical clearance, it's not entirely certain that he'll be in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rangers. He missed each of the last three games due to some tightness in his upper body.

Brodziak (upper body) will not play Friday against the Flames. Coach Mike Yeo has decided to stick with the same lineup Friday that he used Tuesday against the Islanders, meaning that Brodziak will sit a second straight game due to the injury. It's not clear how far along he is in his recovery from the injury, so he'll retain a day-to-day listing for the time being.

Brodziak will not play Tuesday due to upper-body tightness. Brodziak was hurt in a fight in Monday's game. Jordan Schroeder will take his place after being a healthy scratch for eight consecutive games.
