Brodziak (undisclosed) will return for Sunday's tilt against Winnipeg.
EDGE Analysis
The 33-year-old originally sustained his ailment Thursday against Anaheim, and his injury will only cost him one game. Brodziak is currently riding an eight game pointless streak but has still notched 10 points (five goals, five assists) in 33 games in 2017-18, and will likely return to skating on St. Louis' bottom six.

Brodziak (undisclosed) will travel with his teammates to Winnipeg for Sunday's game against the Jets, Tom Timmermann of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
EDGE Analysis
Brodziak has already been ruled out of Saturday's clash with Winnipeg, but whatever's keeping the veteran forward out of that match clearly isn't overly serious, as he'll likely be considered a game-time call for Sunday's tilt. Either way, fantasy owners shouldn't need to concern themselves with the fourth-line grinder's status, as his lack of offensive upside keeps him off the radar in the majority of season-long formats.

Brodziak is "too banged up" to play in Saturday night's home game against the Jets, David Solomon of 590 The Fan reports, adding that Oskar Sundqvist will tag into the lineup in Brodziak's place.
EDGE Analysis
It's difficult to know when Brodziak might be able to return given the cryptic language of this latest report, but it doesn't sound all that severe on the surface. By default, consider him day-to-day ahead of Sunday's game in Winnipeg.

Brodziak scored both his team's goals in a 3-2 loss to Anaheim on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Brodziak has three goals in his past two games after getting two in his first 23 this season. That tells you this surge is likely a temporary thing and probably won't last for long. If you need a cheap daily play this week, he might pay off for you if he keeps his streak going, but that's the extent of his fantasy value for now.

Brodziak scored his second goal of the season and added an assist in Saturday's win over Columbus.
EDGE Analysis
The fourth-line center looked good in the victory, firing six shots on goal in 1:17 of ice time. Brodziak has a 40-plus-point season to his name, but at this stage in his career, he's purely a bottom-six depth player. The 33-year-old can net the occasional goal, but he remains valuable in only the deepest of leagues.

Brodziak was able to collect a secondary assist in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to Vegas.
EDGE Analysis
The 33-year-old made a slick zone entry pass, which Magnus Paajarvi buried seconds later on a wraparound. Brodziak has now recorded two points in his last three games after going pointless the first six games of the 2017-18 season. Still with the Canadian only receiving 11:26 of ice time and a bottom-six role seemingly set in stone, any point total above 20 would be surprising for Brodziak.

Brodziak scored a second-period goal and logged 15:41 of ice time during Thursday's win over the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
While Brodziak has found the scoresheet in consecutive games and averaged 15:15 of ice time over his past seven outings, the veteran pivot is hardly a reliable fantasy asset. Still, the bump in ice time is the result of a center corps decimated with injuries, so he could continue to provide a fleeting boost of offense. You should still aim higher in the majority of fantasy settings, though.

Brodziak returned to the Blues' lineup after being a healthy scratch the previous game and scored a goal on three shots over 13:04 of ice time in Sunday's 3-0 blanking of the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
When Brodziak popped up as a healthy scratch for the first time this season last Friday, we wondered whether the decision was fueled by a desire to evaluate the team's younger talent over the final five weeks of the season. But apparently not. Ivan Barbashev and Zach Sanford were scratched Sunday in favor of Brodziak and Nail Yakupov. Ultimately, these are third and fourth liners, so there's little fantasy value to be gleaned from these players, but we are curious about the direction of the organization. St. Louis currently sits in eighth place in the Western Conference and are one losing streak away from irrelevance.

Broziak was a healthy scratch for Friday's 3-0 loss to the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
There wasn't much said about the decision and St. Louis general manager Doug Armstrong told the St. Louis Post-Disatch that the organization isn't "throwing in the towel," but the Blues have the whiff of a team that's playing out the string. Coach Mike Yeo had Ivan Barbashev centering the fourth line in place of the veteran Brodziak and also had newcomer Zach Sanford active. Throw in youngster Magnus Paajarvi and it sure looks like Brodziak's playing time could take a hit while the organization pivots toward next season.

Brodziak had one shot and won nine of 14 faceoffs over 12 minutes of ice time in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Sabres.
EDGE Analysis
Brodziak returned a couple of weeks early from a foot injury and was back centering the fourth line. He was also back on the penalty-kill unit, a group that got plenty of work Saturday as nearly five minutes of Brodziak's ice time came with the Blues a man down.
