Panthers defenseman Willie Mitchell coughed up the puck in his own zone and Eberle made him pay with his 11th goal of the season. Unfortunately, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, one of Eberle's linemates, sustained a long-term hand injury in the contest and that could have a negative effect on the 25-year-old's production.

Nevertheless, the 2008 first-round pick appears to be back on track and will look to help the Oilers to their seventh straight victory Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden against the Rangers.
