GM/interim coach Lou Lamoriello is uncertain whether Jagr (illness) will be able to travel to Los Angeles for Wednesday's game against the Kings, Tom Gulitti of The Record reports.
The same applies to Tuomo Ruutu, with both under the weather players having missed practice again on Monday.

Jagr missed practice Sunday due to an illness, Tom Gulitti of The Record reports.
Jagr has gone pointless in the three games since becoming the oldest player to record a hat trick, and that could be stretched to four before he even takes the ice Wednesday. Thankfully, the Devils don't play again for three days, so it's possible he will be fine by then, but the team should update his status at some point prior to the opening faceoff against the Kings.

Jagr, who is a month shy of 43, became the oldest NHL player to record a hat trick when he potted three goals in Saturday's win over the Flyers. It was his 15th career hat trick and first since March, 2006.
He moved past Gordie Howe who was 41 in 1969 when he had a three-goal game. Jagr now has 714 goals in his career and is three behind Phil Esposito in fifth place all-time. He also has five points, including four goals, in his last four games, so his fantasy value is also on the rise. #HOF

Jagr scored his sixth goal of the season as the Devils defeated the Penguins 3-1 on Monday.
Jagr is having a down season, along with just about every other New Jersey forward, but the goal still had to feel good coming up against his former team in the Penguins. The tally actually proved to be the game winner making it all the more sweeter.

Jagr registered two assists and six shots on goal in Monday's shootout loss to the Islanders.
Jagr has been sensational against the Islanders throughout his career no matter what jersey he's worn, and he only furthered that narrative Monday. The two assists gave him an impressive 152 points in 105 career games against the Islanders, his most against any team.

Jagr scored a goal and added an assist in 20:12 worth of ice time in Monday's 2-1 win over the Hurricanes.
Jagr now has five goals to go along with 12 assists through 27 games this season. He's off the pace currently, but the 42-year-old could reach the 50 point mark for the first time since the 2006-07 season.

Jagr (illness) is listed on the Devils' first line for Saturday's game against the Capitals, Tom Gulitti of The Record reports.
Jagr's illness didn't keep him off the ice for Saturday's morning skate, and it looks like he'll suit up for the evening contest. The 42-year-old forward hasn't recorded a point in his last two games, but has 15 total on the season.

Jagr (illness) was on the nice for Saturday's morning skate, Tom Gulitti of the Bergen Record reports.
The 20-year veteran sat Thursday with a bout of the flu, his first absence all season, but Jagr noted Friday that he was "feeling better" and it sounds like he has a good chance to return Saturday against the Capitals. He's chipped in four goals and 11 assists in 25 games so far this season.

Jagr sat out for the first time all season Thursday due to the flu. While it's encouraging that his condition is improving, Jagr's status for Saturday's game against the Capitals won't be known until after the team conducts its morning skate.

Jagr will not play Thursday due to an illness, Rich Chere of The Star-Ledger reports.
Jar left New Jersey's last game Tuesday with a head injury, but GM Lou Lamoriello said that he will sit Thursday due to the illness, and not due to any concussion symptoms. Assuming that is the case, it seems Jagr will have a decent chance to return for the Devils' next game Saturday.
