Jagr notched a total of 17 goals and 30 assists over 77 games combined between New Jersey and Florida this past season. While the 43-year-old winger may not be as fleet as he once was, he retains a degree of effectiveness at this stage of his career, with his strength, offensive savvy and ability to protect the puck.

Jagr scored the game-winning goal on the power play and added an assist in Saturday's win over New Jersey. He and the Floridian kitties have been a near perfect fit, as evidenced by his strong production (18 points in 20 games) and his positive influence on the many kittens on the squad. The two points pushed him to an even 1,800 for his career, untying Jagr with Ron Francis; the Czech winger now has fourth place on the all-time list to himself.
