Reimer made 29 saves in a 3-2 shootout loss to the Capitals on Saturday night.
EDGE Analysis
For once, he couldn't be blamed for any of the goals against. Reimer gave his team every chance to win, but they struggled to execute offensively. It was a nice rebound after Friday's wobbles.

Reimer will be in the crease in Saturday's game against the Capitals, TSN's Jonas Siegel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Saturday will mark Reimer's fourth consecutive start in goal for the Leafs. Overall, Reimer has played quite well of late, posting a 1-1-1 record with a 2.00 GAA and .941 save percentage in his last three appearances. He draws into an incredibly tough matchup Saturday against a Washington squad that has put the puck in the net with ease, averaged 3.33 goals scored per game, good for 4th best in the NHL this season.

Reimer made 22 saves in Friday's 2-1 overtime loss to the Red Wings.
EDGE Analysis
There was yet another less-than-memorable Reimer wuff that resulted in a goal -- Henrik Zetterberg fired a rather harmless-looking wrister from the blue line that fooled him. In fact, it was going wide and he deflected it in himself. Neither Reimer nor Jonathan Bernier have stood out for the right reason this season and there is plenty of chatter in Toronto that neither is their goalie of the future. Short term, he's a risky fantasy play. Long term? He's a dicey option at best.

Reimer will face the Red Wings as the starting goalie Friday night at home, David Alter of the National Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer continues to get time between the pipes with fellow goalie Jonathan Bernier on injured reserve due to a lower-body injury. The Maple Leafs have been inept offensively this season, having scored 26 goals in 12 games, a stat that should be taken into consideration if you're thinking about rolling with Reimer in fantasy leagues.

Reimer got off to a rough start Wednesday against the Jets, but got better as the game wore on and finished with 30 saves in a 4-2 loss. He allowed three goals.
EDGE Analysis
The debate about who should be number one in Toronto is far from settled. Neither Reimer or Jonathan Bernier has shown enough to be even considered for the gig, but Bernier is out with an injury and Optimus Reims can take the reins if he can put together some solid minutes. Unfortunately, he allowed a couple of suspect goals early and needs to do a lot more to show he's worthy.

Reimer will be between the pipes for the Maple Leafs' next game Wednesday against the Jets, Dhiren Mahiban of The Canadian Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer led the Maple Leafs' to their second win of the season Monday night against the high-scoring Stars, so head coach Mike Babcock decided to reward him with a consecutive start Wednesday. Reimer will square off against another quality offense, as the Jets rank among the Top 10 in the league in goals per game at 3.00.

Reimer was a beast Monday, stopping 43 of 44 shots in a 4-1 home win over the Stars.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer came up large against the likes of Jamie Benn, Tyler Seguin and Patrick Sharp in this one, turning away shot after shot to deny Dallas their 10th win of the season. This was the second win in what was Reimer's fourth start of the season, a performance that will likely earn him some more crease time given Jonathan Bernier's recent struggles (0-6-1 with a 3.02 GAA and .899 save percentage in seven starts).

Reimer will start in goal Monday against the Stars.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer will return to the net after serving as the backup in each of the last two contests. He hasn't been very impressive thus far, posting a 3.24 GAA and .876 save percentage in four appearances to net a 1-1-1 record. However, Jonathan Bernier has been nearly as bad, likely leading to a continual revolving door in net. It's Reimer's turn again Monday, facing another tough challenge in a Stars team ranking third in the league with 3.64 goals per game.

Reimer allowed four goals on 24 shots in Monday's loss to the Coyotes.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Mike Babcock indicated before the game that Reimer may be in line to see more regular starts, as starter Jonathan Bernier has struggled mightily out of the gate, but Reimer has now allowed 11 goals through three starts himself. The goaltending situation in Toronto remains unclear, but at this point neither option look like particularly strong fantasy plays.

Reimer will receive the start in goal Monday against the Coyotes.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Mike Babcock indicated that Reimer's start came as "we're in a results business," which seems like it could indicate he could be in line for more starts in net if he can outperform Jonathan Bernier. Regardless, Reimer hasn't been overly impressive himself this season, posting a 2.91 GAA and .890 save percentage in three appearances that have resulted in a 1-0-1 record.
