Reimer will get the start in goal Friday against the Blackhawks, James Mirtle of the Globe and Mail reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer was decent in his last outing Wednesday against Columbus, stopping 19 of 21 shots, but ultimately suffered his sixth loss of the season due to a lack of goal support. He'll look to get back on track Friday in a highly unfavorable matchup with a Blackhawks team that has won eight consecutive games, potting at least three goals in each of those victories.

Reimer made 19 saves in Wednesday's 3-1 loss to the Blue Jackets. He allowed two goals.
EDGE Analysis
Expect Wednesday's game to be repeated frequently over the next couple months. The absence of James Van Riemsdyk due to injury means the already offense-starved Leafs will find it even harder to score. And that means Reimer and Jonathan Bernier will need to be almost perfect to pick up wins. Optimus Reims made several 10-bell saves against the Jackets, but it just wasn't enough to earn the win.

Reimer gets the start in goal against the Blue Jackets on Wednesday, David Alter of the National Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer will look to get his first win since mid-November, having lost all four of his previous starts. Despite the losses, the netminder has played well this season, recording a 1.97 GAA in 18 contests on the year. The 27-year-old has out performed fellow goalie Jonathan Bernier and should see more ice time, assuming he can stay healthy.

Reimer was in front of the firing squad Thursday, stopping 39 of 41 shots in a loss to the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer started in net for the first time since Dec. 3 against Minnesota. The 27-year-old was having a solid season, posting a .935 save percentage, before being derailed by injuries. Peppered by shots, the netminder stood tall against Los Angeles, but was let down by his teammates' lack of offense.

Reimer will be between the pipes in Thursday's game against the Kings, Rob Longley of the Toronto Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer's season has been marred by injury, but he's played extremely well when healthy, posting a 7-4-4 record with a 1.97 GAA and .936 save percentage in 17 appearances. He'll return to action in a tough matchup Thursday with an LA club that has won five of its last six games, potting at least four goals in four of those victories.

Reimer (groin) says that he is ready to go and could start Thursday against Los Angeles, Rob Longley of the Toronto Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer has missed multiple stretches of the season with a groin injury, but has been spectacular when healthy. After allowing over three goals per game in 2013-14 and 2014-15, Reimer is 7-4-4 with a 1.97 GAA and a .936 save percentage. Stay tuned for confirmation of Reimer's status ahead of Thursday's tilt.

Reimer (undisclosed) is out Saturday against the Blues, David Alter of the National Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer didn't take part in Saturday's morning skate, and will not dress for the Maple Leafs' matchup with St. Louis as a result. He's still dealing with the "tightness" he experienced following his appearance in Tuesday's game against the Islanders, and will likely need to log several practices before returning to game action. Expect an update on the 27-year-old netminder's status once he is able to return to the ice.

Reimer (undisclosed) will not start in Wednesday's game against the Penguins.
EDGE Analysis
Reimer reportedly experienced tightness following his appearance in Tuesday's matchup with the Islanders, and will not be between the pipes in Wednesday's tilt as a result. Given his recent struggles with injury, it's hardly surprising that the Leafs are opting to play it safe with the 27-year-old netminder. Reimer is hoping his latest setback will only last a few days, meaning he could potentially be available for Saturday's game against St. Louis. Jonathan Bernier will get the start in net Wednesday in Reimer's absence.

Reimer stopped all six shots he faced after relieving starter Jonathan Bernier to start the third period of a 6-3 loss to the Islanders on Tuesday night.
EDGE Analysis
Well, Bernier laid a massive egg Tuesday and Optimus Reims came in to settle down the game. Reimer's grip on the starting role tightened Tuesday night in just 20 minutes of action. He'll be in the net Wednesday against Pittsburgh.

Reimer dressed Sunday as a backup and will get the start Wednesday against Pittsburgh, reports Jonas Siegel of Toronto's TSN1050.
EDGE Analysis
It comes as a bit of a surprise that he won't start Tuesday against the Isles, but Jonathan Bernier has been solid of late. The Pens will be a good test of Reimer's health and ability ... well, they would be if they could actually score.
