Allen will start Wednesday's playoff opener against the Wild, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carter Hutton will be Allen's backup Wednesday and Devan Dubnyk is slated to start for the Wild, an arrangement that figures to stick as long as both team's top goalies remain healthy. In 61 regular season tilts overall, Allen logged a 33-20-5 record, with a 2,42 GAA and .915 save percentage to go along with four shutouts. He'll now look to build off his regular season success against the Wild, after having logged a 3-1-0 record, a 1.97 goals-against average and a .929 save-percentage in four starts against Minnesota.

Allen allowed two goals on 34 shots in Sunday's 3-2 victory against the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
Allen allowed three or fewer goals in all but one of his 25 appearances dating back to Jan. 31. His goaltending makes the Blues a tough out in the postseason. The Blues will face the Wild in the first round of the playoffs. Allen was 3-1-0 with a 1.83 GAA and .929 save percentage in five games (four starts) against Minnesota this season.

Allen will patrol the blue paint against Colorado on Sunday, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
EDGE Analysis
Allen will get the night off Saturday as he starts the tail end of the Blues' weekend back-to-back. It will be the final tuneup game for the netminder before kicking off the Stanley Cup Playoffs where one would imagine Allen will see the bulk of the time in the crease. The 26-year-old has struggled with consistency of late; posting a 3-1-2 record in his previous six outings in which he logged three one-goal outings but also gave up five tallies in a night.

Allen stopped 29 of 32 shots in Thursday's 6-3 victory over the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
This wasn't his best start, but it's still good to see Allen bounce back after taking a five-goal loss to Winnipeg on Tuesday. Even with that outing, he's gone on a terrific run over his last 11 games, giving up just 20 goals on 326 shots -- a .939 save mark. The best part about Allen's end run this year is that it's left his overall stats mediocre, which should allow savvy fantasy owners to buy him relatively cheaply in next year's drafts.

Allen will start between the pipes in Thursday's road game against the Panthers, Panthers play-by-play broadcaster Doug Plagens reports.
EDGE Analysis
Allen was lit up in his last start, surrendering five goals on 25 shots before being pulled in the third period of Tuesday's 5-2 loss to Winnipeg. The 26-year-old netminder will look to bounce back and pick up his 32nd win of the campaign in a road matchup with a Panthers team that's averaging 2.62 goals per game at home this season, 23rd in the NHL.

Allen allowed five goals on 25 shots before being pulled from Tuesday night's 5-2 loss to the Jets in the third period.
EDGE Analysis
After a string of strong performances, Allen succumbed once again to the Jets offense and has now allowed nine goals this season to the team from Winnipeg. The .800 save percentage in the contest accounts for his lowest such number since he was blown out by the Capitals on Jan. 19, so he'll look to bounce back when the Blues begin their two-game road trip in Florida on Thursday.

Allen will assume the home net for Tuesday's clash with the Jets, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Remarkably, Allen has not surrendered more than three goals in a given outing since Jan. 21, though that one coincidentally was a home draw against Winnipeg for which the No. 1 goalie yielded four goals on 23 shots. If you are deciding between Allen or another goalie on the hefty 13-game slate, consider whether his lengthy stretch of brilliance outweighs the risk of him putting up another stinker against the Jets -- we'd say it does.

Allen turned away 35 of 36 shots in a 4-1 win over the Predators on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Allen has been white hot since the beginning of March, with a record of 9-1-2 in his last 12 appearances. He's also given up more than two goals exactly twice over that span, despite regularly seeing more than 30 shots per night. Now with an overall record of 31-19-5, he is part of an elite group of NHL goaltenders who have cracked the 30-win plateau this season - coming into Sunday's action, only 11 other goalies had at least 30 wins. Fantasy owners should feel 100% comfortable with using Allen on a regular basis as the NHL regular season enters its final week.

Allen will be the starting goaltender for Sunday's tilt with Nashville, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Allen was fantastic in the month of March, notching a .953 save percentage and 1.35 GAA en route to an 8-1-2 record. If he hopes to keep rolling, he'll need to bring his A game Sunday against a Predators team that ranks ninth in the NHL with 2.92 goals per game.

Allen made 31 saves on 32 shots, but it wasn't enough, as the Blues lost in a shootout, 2-1, in the Colorado Avalanche on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Although he wasn't rewarded with a victory, the Blues netminder continued his spectacular level of play and ended the month on a high note. In March, Allen went 8-1-2 with a .953 save percentage and 1.35 GAA. The 26-year-old started turning his season around just after the All-Star break, but in March, he was one of the best fantasy goaltenders in the league. Continue to ride the hot streak.
