Allen will get the starting nod for Wednesday's Game 1 matchup with Nashville, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
EDGE Analysis
After posting a .956 save percentage while sweeping the Blackhawks, there really was never any doubt that Allen would be in the crease. During the regular season, the netminder went 2-2-0 against the Predators along with a 2.85 GAA. Unfortunately for the 26-year-old, he will be squaring off with Pekka Rinne, who is the only player ahead of Allen in playoff save percentage and GAA.

Allen allowed three goals on 37 shots in a 4-3 overtime victory against the Wild during Game 5 of the first round on Saturday. The Blues won the first-round series 4-1.
EDGE Analysis
The Blue netminder wasn't quite as sharp in this one, but it was enough to move on to the second round, and he was spectacular overall in the series. Against the Wild, Allen posted a .956 save percentage and 1.47 GAA, as he finally looked like the elite goaltender St. Louis expects him to be. He will face a much tougher test in Nashville in the second round, but things are certainly pointed in the right direction for Allen.

Allen will be in goal Saturday in Minnesota, Jessi Pierce of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
As if there was any doubt, Allen will be the man for Game 5, another chance to close out the series. He played strongly Wednesday, deflecting 23 of 25 shots faced, even though the two goals he let in were fairly weak. Regardless, Allen is the indisputable reason for the Blues 3-1 series lead, recording a .961 save percentage and 1.33 GAA. St. Louis may have Paul Stastny back as well, and his work at the faceoff dot will help Allen defensively. The 26-year-old netminder remains an excellent DFS pick in this possible series-clinching matchup.

Allen stopped 23 of 25 shots Wednesday against the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
Despite finishing the night with a .929 save percentage, the two goals Allen failed to stop weren't particularly difficult. The first goal came off an errant pass from Allen that made him get caught out of position, and the second goal was a wrist shot from a distance that wasn't screened or tipped. To be fair, the Blues offense wasn't much help either, getting shut out for the first time in the playoffs. There's no doubt Allen will be in net as the series shifts back to Minnesota for Game 5, and he should be able to continue his stretch of strong play.

Allen will be in goal for Game 4 against the Wild on Wednesday, as Lou Korac of NHL.com reports that the Blues will not make any changes from the lineup used in Games 2 and 3.
EDGE Analysis
Cue the old adage, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Allen has allowed just three goals -- one in each game -- on 117 shots to the determent of the Central Division rivals from Minnesota. This has been the best stretch of Allen's 2016-17 campaign, and it obviously comes at a great time with the Blues in the hunt for their first ever Stanley Cup win.

Allen allowed just one goal on 41 shots in a 3-1 victory during Game 3 of the first round against the Minnesota Wild.
EDGE Analysis
The 26-year-old has played out of his mind this series, posting a .974 save percentage. Allen is the main reason the Blues possess a commanding 3-0 lead in the series and have a chance to close out the series on Wednesday. Allen is now 6-1-0 with a .952 save percentage and a 1.44 GAA against Minnesota this season including the playoffs.

Allen is in line to start Sunday's Game 3 against the Wild, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
EDGE Analysis
Allen -- who figures to start the rest of the way for St. Louis -- has been dominant for the club as they've grabbed a 2-0 advantage over the Wild. He and the Blues return home for Game 3, looking to continue the success from the first two contests. The team also has a chance to close out the series without returning to Minneapolis with two home victories.

Allen saved 23 of 24 shots during Friday's Game 2 win over Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
Allen has now stopped 74 of 76 shots through the first two games of the series, and the Blues will host the Wild on Sunday with a 2-0 series lead. Dating back to the St. Louis coaching change in early February, Allen has gone 18-7-2 with a .941 save percentage and 1.77 GAA with three shutouts. Those are elite numbers, and it looks as if Allen's talent is finally translating into fantasy results consistently.

Allen is slated to start Friday's road game against the Wild, NHL.com's Lou Korac reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's no surprise that Allen will get a chance to follow-up his stellar Game 1 effort Wednesday. In that contest, he turned away 51 of 52 Minnesota shots through 77:48 worth of ice time in the Blues' 2-1 overtime triumph. He'll match up Friday against Devan Dubnyk, who took the loss Wednesday, while allowing two goals on 26 shots.

Allen allowed just one goal on 52 shots in Wednesday's Game 1 overtime victory against the Wild.
EDGE Analysis
The 51 saves were a career high for Allen. He was red hot down the stretch and it spilled over into the postseason opener. Allen helped head coach Mike Yeo get a little revenge against his former team in St. Paul. The two teams will be back at it again on Friday night and Allen is a top-notch DFS option despite being on the road.
