Andersen will tend the twine Tuesday against the Oilers, TSN's Mark Masters reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen was given the night off in the Leafs' last game against the Islanders and so should be at full rest heading into Tuesday's home matchup. The 27-year-old netminder will look to keep the ball rolling as he's allowed only two goals while posting save percentages of .935 in each of his last two contests.

Andersen delivered a 29-save performance in a 2-1 loss to Montreal on Saturday night.
EDGE Analysis
The Great Dane has really stepped up his game over the last two outings, allowing just two goals in each game. Before that, Andersen had allowed 22 in five games. We like the signs -- consider a buy-low option on him before he starts to really put things together.

Andersen has drawn the start for Saturday's road contest against the Canadiens, David Alter of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen posted an unsightly 4.29 GAA over his first five games, winning only once and dropping decisions in overtime, but his confidence could be back after picking up a home win over the Panthers on Thursday. However, let us warn you that there's currently a three-way tie for the league lead in goals per contest (3.63) and the Habs, Andersen's upcoming opponent, is among those teams with the Rangers and Oilers being the other two.

Andersen was spectacular Thursday night in a 3-2 win over the Panthers. He denied 29 of 31 shots for a .935 save percentage.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen let in a pair of goals from Jonathan Marchessault before the third period, but he never appeared to be rattled, and the Leafs ended up giving him just enough goal support in the end. The Great Dane really needed a performance like this, as he's been strapped with three overtime losses through six games and managed to get his goals-against average down to 3.91 -- as ugly as that figure is, it represents a step in the right direction.

Andersen will man the crease Thursday against Florida, David Alter of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
With the exception of his Oct. 15 outing against the Bruins, Andersen has been shockingly bad this season, as he's allowed 22 goals through his first five outings. If the 27-year-old continues to struggle, coach Mike Babcock will have to consider giving backup Jhonas Enroth a look in goal.

Andersen gave up seven goals on just 24 shots in Tuesday's 7-3 loss to the Lightning.
EDGE Analysis
He has a .851 save percentage so far this season. Tuesday was the third game in his last five that Andersen has allowed at least five goals and the fourth time he gave up four or more. The goals were not all his fault -- there were plenty of defensive lapses in front of him. But Andersen is struggling in the Big Smoke. He is adjusting his style to fit the Mike Babcock system, but that is bringing him out in front of the blue paint rather than his comfort zone deeper in the net. Andersen is a good goalie; he'll figure it out. But remember -- he's good, not great. So, don't overrate.

Andersen will make the start in net Tuesday against Tampa Bay, Dhiren Mahiban of the New York Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen is off to a slow start to the 2016-17 campaign as he's recorded a 1-0-3 record while allowing four or more goals in three of his four starts. He'll have yet another challenging task Tuesday when he faces the 4-1 Lightning, who rank ninth in goals per game (3.2) and sixth in power play percentage (26.3).

Andersen played his best game as a Leaf in Saturday's shootout loss to Chicago, finishing with 31 saves including a number of supreme stops in overtime.
EDGE Analysis
The Great Dane was on fire Saturday. He made several 10-bell saves late in the game and in overtime, something that seemed to have eluded him in earlier games. Andersen is still toiling behind a remarkably inexperienced team and he'll end up faced with an occasional barrage. But we liked what we saw Saturday night.

Andersen will guard the crease Saturday night against the Blackhawks, Tracey Myers of CSN Chicago reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen has struggled in the early going, allowing five goals in two of his three starts this season on his way to a 1-0-2 record. He'll have a challenging task ahead of him when he faces a high-powered Blackhawks lineup that's found twine 15 times in their past three games.

Andersen made 29 saves in a 5-4 overtime loss to Winnipeg on Wednesday night.
EDGE Analysis
He was pelted early and turned away wave after wave of jet fighters. Andersen was staked to a 4-0 lead and then Winnipeg exploded for five unanswered goals, including a hat trick by rookie Patrick Laine. He's running hot and cold early this season and his stats are suffering -- Andersen's GAA is above 3.00 and save percentage is below .900.
