Andersen stopped 40 of 42 shots in Tuesday's 3-2 shootout loss at the hands of San Jose.
EDGE Analysis
The final numbers look great because Anderson did well to stop a lot of shots, but he also carried a shutout deep into the third period and then blew it by letting the Sharks score twice in just over two minutes to tie the game. Nonetheless, Andersen's body of work in the last 10 games has been fabulous -- he's 5-3-2 with a 1.89 GAA and .937 save mark in that span.

Andersen will start between the pipes in Tuesday's home game against the Sharks, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen was sharp in his last outing, turning aside 32 of 33 shots in Saturday's 4-1 victory over the Bruins. The Danish netminder will look to pick up his 12th win of the season in a home matchup with a Sharks team averaging 2.43 goals per game on the road this season, 10th in the NHL.

Andersen made 32 saves in Toronto's 4-1 win over Boston on Saturday night.
EDGE Analysis
The Great Dane is now 11-7-4 and a big part of Toronto's success to date. Andersen has allowed two or fewer goals in eight of his last night starts. You can't ask for much more than that.

Andersen will backstop the Leafs in Saturday's matchup with Boston, James Mirtle of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen will get the chance to rebound after a disappointing loss to the Wild in which he allowed three goals on just 20 shots. The netminder is coming off back-to-back defeats as well and will face off against a Boston team that is second in the league in shots per game at 33.1.

Andersen saved only 17 of 20 shots during Wednesday's loss to Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
After allowing two goals or fewer in each of his previous seven outings (4-2-1 record with a .938 save percentage and a 1.85 GAA), Andersen's results underwhelmed Wednesday. However, it would be difficult to pin the loss on the goalie, as all three of Minnesota's goal were off of high-end scoring chances. Andersen is going to have off nights because of the inexperienced team in front of him, but his unquestioned workload and improved play since the start of the year make him a fringe No. 1 goalie for your virtual club.

Andersen will be the starting netminder for Wednesday's game against Minnesota, Terry Koshan of the Toronto Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Jonas Enroth being sent down Monday, it was essentially a foregone conclusion that Andersen would start the next game. His .917 save percentage in his last start is solid, but it's a slight hiccup in what's been a fantastic stretch for him. He has a .938 save percentage and 1.85 goals against average over his last seven games.

Andersen will be starting in goal for Saturday's game against Vancouver, Mark Masters of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Dane missed Friday's practice with illness, but will be ready to go Saturday. After a bit of a slow start to the season, he has caught fire recently with a 1.85 goals against average and a .940 save percentage in his last six games. The Canucks are the second lowest team in the league with 2.21 goals per game, so Andersen has a good shot at continuing his hot streak.

Andersen turned away 28 of 30 shots in Tuesday's 4-2 road victory over Edmonton.
EDGE Analysis
With a 44-save win versus the Oilers to start November and now this one added to the pile, Andersen is now 8-0-1 against them in his career. He's also ridiculously hot -- over his last six outings, Andersen has allowed 11 total goals and hasn't put up a save mark lower than .931 in any game. The difference from his early results has been night and day, but perhaps we shouldn't be surprised that it took the Dane some time to settle in with the youthful, inexperienced Leafs. Although Andersen will cool off at some point, he's proven that he should be considered a reliable fantasy starter despite his October hiccups.

Andersen will be the starting netminder for Tuesday night's showdown in Edmonton, Oilers' play-by-play announcer Jack Michaels reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen has looked very solid recently, as he hasn't allowed more than two goals in each of his last five starts. He boasts a 7-0-1 record in his career against the Oilers, but might have his hands full against this iteration of the team that ranks seventh in the NHL with 2.91 goals per game.

Andersen made 33 saves in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
He improved to 7-3-0 this month with a .931 save percentage. Andersen was perfect for the first 49 minutes, helping his team hold onto the lead with several great saves in the third. He's turning into a solid option in the blue paint.
