Andersen made 36 saves in a 6-3 loss to the Senators on Saturday night. He allowed four goals.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen has struggled of late. He has won just two of his last eight starts and gone 2-3-2 in that span. Andersen has allowed four or more goals in four of those eight and three in just 11 minutes of work in another. He has started 47 games and that's just six fewer than his career high, so Andersen might just be finding it tough to adjust to the increased workload.

Andersen will start between the pipes in Saturday's home game against the Senators, NHL.com's Dave McCarthy reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen was razor-sharp in his last start, turning aside 33 of the 34 shots he faced en route to a 7-1 victory over the Islanders on Tuesday. The Danish netminder will look to keep rolling and pick up his 24th win of the season in a tough home matchup with a Senators team that's averaging 2.75 goals per game on the road this season, ninth in the NHL.

Andersen allowed just a single goal -- which came on a penalty shot -- while making 33 saves in Tuesday's 7-1 rout of the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
He was already in cruise control with a 3-0 lead before Jason Chimera beat him on the penalty shot, and that goal did nothing to shake Andersen's confidence. This was a big win for Andersen, as he'd come away victorious in only one of his prior six appearances, a span in which he posted miserable rate stats: a 4.64 GAA and .864 save percentage. His inconsistency has made him a risky fantasy roll, but the Leafs' prolific offense has lifted the Dane to wins in a number of his uglier starts.

Andersen made 33 saves in Tuesday's 7-1 win over the Islanders. It was 100th NHL win.
EDGE Analysis
The only goal he allowed came on a Jason Chimera penalty shot. Andersen is 23-12-10 in his first season with the Leafs and 100-38-22 in the NHL.

Andersen will guard the cage in Tuesday's home game against the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen hasn't played well in the month of February, compiling a 1-2-1 record while posting an unsightly 4.21 GAA and .875 save percentage over five appearances. The Danish netminder will look to return to form in a matchup with an Islanders team that's 7-11-4 on the road this season.

Andersen yielded three goals on 23 shots in a 3-1 defeat against the Sabres on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old has been a little better the last two times out, but Andersen is still only 1-2-2 with a .864 save percentage and 4.65 GAA since coming back from the All-Star Break. Most of those poor numbers are the result of giving up at least five goals in each of his first three starts this month. His worst performance was allowing six versus the Islanders, who the Maple Leafs will face next on Tuesday.

Andersen will start in goal against the Sabres at home Saturday, Kristen Shilton of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Great Dane has already beaten Buffalo's hockey club twice this season, allowing a combined four goals on 70 shots. However, it's worth noting that his home win against the Sabres was a contest in which the Buds put four goals on the board. Toronto has only deposited four goals over the past two games, but remain the sixth-ranked offense. All in all, he's a decent fantasy play on a heavy slate.

Andersen saved 38 of 40 shots during Thursday's overtime loss to St. Louis.
EDGE Analysis
With a run of poor outings following the All-Star break (.833 save percentage and 5.88 GAA over four starts), Andersen responded Thursday and held Toronto in the game with 35 consecutive saves after allowing a first-period goal. The Maple Leafs have two back-to-back sets over their next five games, so there is a chance Andersen has a couple nights off to recharge for the stretch drive. With 44 starts this season, he's already approaching his career high of 53 during the 2014-15 campaign. Continue to view him as a low-end No. 1 netminder for your virtual club.

Andersen will defend the cage against the Blues on Thursday, Terry Koshan of the Toronto Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen has been terrible of late with a 5.88 GAA and .833 save percentage in his last four outings. Given his struggles, it is somewhat surprising the Leafs did not go back to Curtis McElhinney who stopped 39 of 40 shots on goal in Tuesday's outings. The 27-year-old Andersen will face off with a St. Louis squad that will be playing in its fourth game in six days and could be suffering from fatigue.

Andersen made just 28 saves during Monday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen now boasts a disastrous .833 save percentage and 5.88 GAA through his four starts following the All-Star break, and Toronto has allowed 22 goals during the four-game stretch. It isn't out of the question that Andersen's hefty workload is catching up to him. After all, he's already at 43 starts, and his previous career high was 53 during the 2014-15 campaign. Toronto allowing the third-most scoring chances per 60 minutes (29.88) doesn't help matters, either. Still, Andersen's start volume buoys his fantasy value, and a rebound stretch is likely ahead.
