Andersen will start in goal Saturday versus host Edmonton, Chris Johnston of Sportsnet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Maple Leafs coach Mike Babcock said Thursday that Andersen would be capped at 56 appearances, but the bench boss ultimately redacted the statement, with Johnston relaying that the Dane could see closer to 60 turns in goal for 2018-19. Andersen's start Saturday will mark his 50th game, this time facing an Oilers club that ranks 22nd in the league in home scoring with 2.97 goals per game.

Andersen will play 56 games this season, according to Leafs' coach Mike Babcock.
EDGE Analysis
This is devastating news for fantasy owners who are counting on the Great Dane down the stretch or in head-to-head playoffs. Andersen has already started 49 games, so that means backup Garrett Sparks will end up in about half of Toronto's remaining games until season's end. It's great for the Leafs to have a rested goalie for the postseason, as Andersen struggled last year (.896 sv%) after starting 66 games. But fantasy owners need to plan to get to a title.

Andersen allowed three goals on 31 shots in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to Vancouver.
EDGE Analysis
Toronto's primary crease protector had gone five straight without a loss before Wednesday's result. In his last 17 starts, Andersen has just three regulation losses, a clear sign of just how dominant the Danish netminder has been in 2018-19. The Canucks got the best of the Buds and their goaltender on this occasion, but Andersen's record, even with the loss, remains an impressive 32-13-4 to go along with his 2.57 GAA and .923 save percentage.

Andersen will get the starting nod for Wednesday's road clash with Vancouver, Paul Hendrick of the Maple Leafs' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen is riding a five-game winning streak in which he posted a .933 save percentage while facing 35.8 shots per night. The Danish netminder seems poised to try and help the Leafs track down Boston for the No. 2 spot in the Atlantic Division. The 29-year-old is 8-2-4 with a 1.46 GAA in 14 career matchups with the Canucks and will look to continue that dominance Wednesday.

Andersen let in two goals on 37 shots in a 6-2 win over the Flames on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen pushed his win streak to five games with the convincing victory over the fourth-best offense in the league. He improved to 32-13-3 this season with a 2.56 GAA and a .924 save percentage. One of the league's best goalies is in top form currently, and will look to extend the streak Wednesday in Vancouver.

Andersen will tend the road goal in Monday's contest against the Flames, Paul Hendrick of the Maple Leafs' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
In his past four starts, Andersen has a perfect 4-0-0 record to go along with a 2.50 GAA and .930 save percentage. The Flames are no slouch offensively, however, sitting fourth in the league in goals this campaign (232). The 29-year-old has been great against the Flames in his career, racking up a 7-1-1 record with a .916 save percentage and 2.47 GAA.

Andersen made 35 saves Saturday in a 5-2 win over Buffalo.
EDGE Analysis
He wobbled early, giving up two Sabres's goals in a span of 1:34 starting at the six-minute mark of the first. Then Andersen locked down the twine tent. He's won four straight. And he's one of fantasy's best goalies.

Andersen will start in goal Saturday evening against the visiting Sabres, Kristen Shilton of TSN.ca reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 29-year-old has evolved into one of the most consistent goaltenders in the league, and Andersen can glean confidence in the fact that he took down this Sabres club at home only five days ago to help spur an active three-game winning streak. It's impossible for the Maple Leafs to catch up to the Presidents' Trophy frontrunners in the Lightning, but Andersen can help his team gain ground on the Bruins, who are only three points ahead of them in the Atlantic Division standings.

Andersen stopped 34 of 36 shots in Wednesday's 6-2 win over the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
The Leafs' offense didn't create much suspense in this one, handing Andersen a 5-1 lead before the midway point in the game, but the 29-year-old netminder was still as sharp as usual. He's won three straight starts to give him 30 victories on the season, tying him with Vegas' Marc-Andre Fleury for the league lead, and Andersen has put together an 8-2-2 record, 2.68 GAA and .922 save percentage through 12 outings in February.

Andersen will command the crease Wednesday evening versus the visiting Oilers, Paul Hendrick of the Maple Leafs' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
One more victory will put Andersen in the 30-win club for a third straight season. He's currently sporting a 2.60 GAA and .922 save percentage over 45 games, and he now faces an Oilers team that ranks 26th in scoring, albeit one that will get the league's most revered player in Connor McDavid back in the lineup following his two-game suspension.
