Andersen turned aside 28 of 29 shots in Friday's 2-1 win over the Bruins in Game 5 of their first-round series.
EDGE Analysis
He very nearly posted a shutout, but Boston was able to get a puck by the 29-year-old inside the final minute of the game with its own goalie pulled. Andersen has been alternating strong performances with shaky ones in the series, adding up to a 2.62 GAA and .925 save percentage, but that's been good enough to lead the Leafs to a 3-2 lead. He'll look to finish off the Bruins on home ice Sunday.

Andersen will patrol the crease in Friday's Game 5 against the Bruins in Boston, NHL.com's Amalie Benjamin reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen struggled a bit during Wednesday's Game 4, surrendering five goals on 30 shots en route to a 6-4 loss. The Danish netminder will look to shake off that uncharacteristically poor performance and help his team return to Toronto for Sunday's Game 6 with a chance to advance by picking up his second road win of this postseason Friday.

Andersen stopped 25 of 30 shots in Wednesday's 6-4 loss to the Bruins in Game 4 of their first-round series.
EDGE Analysis
The Bruins' final goal was scored into an empty net. Andersen's been wobbly so far this series, giving up nine goals in two losses and only three goals in two wins, and while his overall numbers aren't completely terrible -- a 3.02 GAA and .917 save percentage -- Toronto will need more consistency from its No. 1 goalie if the team's going to advance. Andersen will look to get back on track Friday in Boston for Game 5.

Andersen will start between the pipes in Wednesday's Game 4 against the Bruins in Toronto, Jack Edwards of NESN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen was fantastic in Monday's Game 3, turning aside 34 of 36 shots en route to a 3-2 win. The Danish backstop will look to stay sharp and help his team head back to Boston for Game 5 with a commanding 3-1 series lead by picking up his 18th career playoff victory on home ice Wednesday.

Andersen finished with 34 saves Monday, allowing two goals in a 3-2 win over Boston in Game 3 of the best-of-seven series.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen authored perfect first and third periods (as did Tuukka Rask), with all five goals coming in what was a wild second period. The 29-year-old Dane has limited Boston to two goals or fewer in two of three games this series and holds a 2-1 record in the postseason to go along with a 2.34 GAA and a .939 save percentage. Barring unforeseen circumstances, Andersen will be in goal Wednesday for Game 4.

Andersen is slated to be between the pipes for Monday's Game 3 home clash with the Bruins, Jonas Siegel of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Despite Andersen giving up four goals in Game 2 on Saturday, he was always going to get the starting nod Monday. The Leafs will welcome Michael Hutchinson back into the lineup to serve as the No. 2, but there was no chance he was going to defend the cage. The veteran Andersen has faced a barrage of rubber in his last three games, stopping 118 of 128 shots, and will no doubt be hoping to see his blue line start limiting opportunities.

Andersen made 37 saves Saturday in a 4-1 loss to the Bruins in Game 2.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen stood on his head all night long -- this loss wasn't on him. The Bruins were a stronger team overall. The series is now tied 1-1 heading back to Toronto; it's an ideal scenario for any road team to have stolen home ice advantage.

Andersen will guard the goal Saturday for Game 2 in Boston, Mike Zeisbergerof NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen shut down the Bruins in Game 1 of the series, setting aside 37 of the 38 shots to take the home-ice advantage away from Boston. Another victory Saturday would put the Maple Leafs in the driver's seat to win the series as they head back to Toronto for Games 3 and 4. It certainly figures to be far from a cakewalk versus a Bruins squad that averaged 3.41 goals per game and posted a plus-40 goal differential at home during the regular season.

Andersen was spectacular Thursday, stopping 37 of 38 shots in a 4-1 win over the Bruins.
EDGE Analysis
There was cause for concern after Andersen's sub-par conclusion to the regular season, but the Dane was really solid and benefitted from his team's sound defensive play in the series opener. Toronto will now look to take a commanding 2-0 series lead Saturday.

Andersen will guard the cage versus the Bruins for Thursday's Game 1 clash on the road, Kevin Woodley of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen has been struggling of late, as he is 2-1-2 in his last five outings along with a 3.31 GAA and .909 save percentage. The fact that the veteran netminder allowed four or more goals in three of those five contests should be a concern for fans and fantasy owners alike. Still, the Dane reached the 30-win mark for the third consecutive season and should be in contention for a Vezina Trophy nomination.
