Andersen will be in the net Thursday against the Canucks. After winning his first six starts of the season, Andersen now sits on the other side of the spectrum with a six-game losing streak heading into Thursday's match. During that time, Andersen has managed just a .887 save percentage and was removed from the game early on two occasions, making him difficult for fantasy owners to trust at this time.

Andersen stopped just 16 of 19 shots in Tuesday's shootout loss to Calgary. Andersen actually had a 2-0 lead entering the third period, but gave up three goals in a span of just over 10 minutes and ended up taking the loss after giving up two tallies in the shootout. He's been an overtime-loss machine lately, as he's 0-0-4 over his last five starts.

Andersen will be in the crease Tuesday against the Flames, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet.ca reports. The young netminder is winless over each of his last five starts and is coming off his most dismal showing of the season Sunday against the Panthers, as he was yanked after allowing four goals on 15 shots. Andersen's outlook is still promising on an Anaheim squad that still projects to be one the league's best, so it's worthwhile to stick with him through this rough patch.

Andersen allowed four goals on 15 shots before being pulled in a 6-2 loss to the Panthers on Sunday. Andersen has been solid for the Ducks this season, so while his .733 save percentage definitely hurt fantasy owners he's still a clear cut starter on a top-notch team. Keep starting him.

Andersen will be in the net Sunday against the Panthers, Steve Goldstein of FOX Sports Florida reports. The Ducks will turn to Andersen for both ends of the back-to-back, after he took a loss to the Kings on Saturday afternoon. Andersen hasn't won in any of his four turns since returning from a minor leg injury, but he's mostly been the victim of a lack of offensive support rather than poor play on his part.

Andersen put forth a solid effort in Saturday's 3-2 OT loss to the Kings, stopping 34 of 37 shots. This was a nice bounce-back for Andersen, who was pulled in his last outing (also against L.A.) after allowing three goals on 10 shots. He's failed to record a win in four starts since returning from a minor leg injury, but he should continue to rack up the starts for Anaheim with John Gibson (groin) sidelined for at least another month. Andersen's record now stands at an impressive 7-1-3 to go with the league's third best save percentage (.933) and second best GAA (1.86).

Andersen will be back in the crease for Saturday's game against the Kings, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Coach Bruce Boudreau will give Andersen the opportunity to redeem himself against Los Angeles, who burned him for three goals on 10 shots Wednesday night before he was yanked after a period and a half. Since the Ducks have a full two days off before Saturday's rematch, Andersen could be called upon to make both starts of the team's back-to-back over the weekend. Any decision on whether Andersen would start Sunday versus the Panthers would likely depend on how he performs or to what extent he's tested by the Kings on Saturday, however.

Andersen was pulled from Wednesday's match against the Kings after allowing three goals on 10 shots. The Ducks actually went on to win 6-5 in a shootout, but it was third-string backup Jason LaBarbera who earned the victory. Despite the dismal performance -- and having not won since Oct. 31 -- Andersen should continue to get the bulk of Anaheim's starts with backup John Gibson (groin) shelved until at least mid-December. Because of his hot start, Andersen still owns a terrific .935 save percentage and a shiny 1.77 GAA.

Andersen will be in the net Wednesday against the Kings, Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times reports. Andersen has been the victim of tough luck in his two games since returning from a minor leg injury, as he's taken a shootout loss in each occasion despite playing well. The Ducks offense isn't running at full strength with Corey Perry (illness) unavailable, giving Andersen less room for error against good opponents.

Andersen was outstanding Sunday, stopping 34 of 35 shots in a shootout loss to Vancouver. Andersen's super play got his team to to the shootout, where former Duck Nick Bonino was the only player to find twine. Although Andersen too the loss, he is still 7-1-2 on the season with a league-leading 1.56 GAA. He has simply been outstanding and needs to be in your lineup every night he gets called upon.
