Anderson might have suffered tendon damage and it is speculated that he could be out for 10-to-14 days due to the ailment. However, it's worth noting that one Ottawa Sun source said that, in a worst case scenario, Anderson will miss six-to-eight weeks. Aside from the fact that the Senators are fighting for a playoff spot with about a month and a half remaining in the regular season, the timing of this injury is particularly bad. Starting on Saturday, the Senators will enter a two week stretch where they will play every other day.
