Playing with Evgeni Malkin at even strength -- as he did Saturday -- figures to bump up Sutter's fantasy stock in the short run. In addition, coach Mike Johnston's decision to place him on the No. 1 PP unit is yet another reason to consider the centerman right now, especially in daily leagues.
