Bateman caught two of five targets for 21 yards in Sunday's win over the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman's usage ticked up in Baltimore's first game without Mark Andrews (ankle), but his production remained stagnant as he was held under 30 yards for the fourth consecutive week. He's played over 80 percent of Baltimore's offensive snaps over the last two weeks, so his role is solidified. However, Bateman continues to struggle to convert those snaps into bankable fantasy production. He has a catch rate of just 55.6 percent, which is in the 30th percentile among receivers. Baltimore is on a bye Week 13 before returning to action against the Rams on Sunday, Dec. 10.

Bateman (foot) was listed as a full participant in practice Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman downplayed the foot issue that limited him in practice Wednesday and his return to a full session a day later sets the stage for him to be available Sunday night against the Chargers. Bateman's production thus far has been modest, but there could be some extra targets up for grabs this weekend, with star tight end Mark Andrews out with an ankle injury and top wide receiver Zay Flowers having missed practice Thursday with a hip issue.

Bateman downplayed his foot injury Wednesday afternoon, following an early exit from practice and 'limited' designation on the injury report, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It sounds like Bateman still expects to play Sunday night against the Chargers, and the Ravens might need him more than usual with Odell Beckham (shoulder - DNP), Zay Flowers (hip - LP) and Devin Duvernay (knee - LP) all on the injury report right after TE Mark Andrews suffered a season-ending leg injury. It's unclear if Bateman and/or Beckham will practice Thursday/Friday, with both currently looking uncertain for Sunday even if their injuries aren't considered long term. Bateman did suggest his current foot issue is related to the Lisfranc surgery that ended his 2022 campaign early, noting that what happened at Wednesday's practice was, "something guys coming off of injuries deal with from time to time."

Bateman left Wednesday's practice early due to a foot injury, but head coach John Harbaugh said the wide receiver "should be fine" for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, Bateman went down running a route early in practice with an injury to the same foot he had surgically repaired prior to the season. While the Ravens were initially concerned over the injury, they seem to believe the wide receiver should be available moving forward. Even so, Bateman's involvement in practices Thursday and Friday will warrant monitoring.

Bateman brought in one of two targets for a 10-yard touchdown in the Ravens' 34-20 win over the Bengals on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman extended the Ravens' lead to 21-10 with his late second-quarter grab. The speedy third-year wideout has yet to top three receptions in any game this season, and his score Thursday was his first since Week 2 of the 2022 campaign. Bateman has show very little fantasy upside thus far this season, but the likely season-ending ankle injury sustained by Mark Andrews could certainly lead to at least a slight bump in targets for Bateman moving forward.

Bateman secured two of his four targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 33-31 loss to the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman played a season-high 74 percent of snaps Sunday, though his production left much to be desired. The veteran wideout continued his streak of underwhelming performances, as he is averaging just 22.8 yards per game so far in 2023. Bateman's role in the offense seems to be growing in recent weeks, but his increased involvement has not resulted in much production. The 23-year-old will be difficult to trust for consistent fantasy production going forward, starting with a Week 11 matchup against the Bengals.

Bateman (back) was a full practice participant Friday and doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Cleveland.
EDGE Analysis
A mid-week addition to the injury report after the back issue rendered him a limited participant Thursday, Bateman took every rep Friday to clear up any concern about his availability for Sunday. While appearing in eight of the Ravens' nine games to date, Bateman has held a consistent yet unexciting role in the team's passing attack. He's drawn between two and five targets in all eight of his outings, catching 17 passes for 180 yards and no touchdowns.

Bateman was a limited participant at practice Thursday due to a back injury.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman was a full participant Wednesday, so the wideout may have tweaked his back at some point during Thursday's practice. Friday's injury report will reveal whether Bateman heads into Sunday's game against the Browns with an injury designation. If Bateman is out this weekend, added snaps would be available for Nelson Agholor and Devin Duvernay in a Baltimore wideout group featuring Zay Flowers and Odell Beckham.

Bateman caught three of five targets for 28 yards against the Seahawks.
EDGE Analysis
Baltimore was not explosive through the air Sunday with just 217 combined passing yards between Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley. Aside from Mark Andrews, no Baltimore pass-catcher had significant production. Bateman logged 56 percent of the snaps on offense, a slight dip from Week 8 in Arizona, though it's worth noting that the Ravens emptied the bench late in the game. Bateman's five targets marked a new season-high, so even with the meager production Sunday, he does seem to be carving out a larger role as the season progresses. Baltimore hosts Cleveland in Week 10.

Bateman caught both of his targets for 34 yards Sunday against the Cardinals and added an 18-yard rush.
EDGE Analysis
Though the target volume remains underwhelming, Bateman is quietly turning a corner with his efficiency. In the three games since his tough outing against the Steelers, Bateman has caught six of eight targets for 85 yards (10.6 YPT) and showed some burst after the catch in one instance Sunday. It's also worth noting that Bateman played 63 percent of the snaps Sunday -- his highest mark since Week 3 when he tweaked his hamstring. A fully healthy Bateman improving his catch rate and explosiveness could pay fantasy dividends before too long. The Ravens host the Seahawks in Week 9.
