Bateman caught two of three targets for 36 yards in Sunday's win over the Lions.
EDGE Analysis
Given Bateman's slow start to the season, Sunday marked significant improvement for the 2021 first-rounder. He may not have had a high target share, but Bateman was efficient with his opportunities and notched a new season high in yardage. Bateman played more snaps than Nelson Agholor, so it will be interesting to see if that's the start of a trend going forward. The Ravens take on the Cardinals in Arizona in Week 8.

Bateman caught two of three targets for 15 yards Sunday against the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman played roughly 50 percent of Baltimore's offensive snaps and yet he drew just 10 percent of Baltimore's targets as he continues to have a minor role in the passing game. He has not eclipsed more than 30 yards in any game since the opener and his one target that did not result in a catch ultimately resulted in an interception on an apparent miscommunication. Bateman and the Ravens return home to face the Lions in Week 7, and though Bateman continues to play a decent chunk of snaps, there aren't signs pointing to his receiving production having a massive uptick going forward.

Bateman caught one of three targets for eight yards in Sunday's loss to the Steelers.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman was inefficient in his return from a hamstring injury and had a costly drop in the end zone. He finished the day with one reception on 27 snaps, which ranked fourth among Ravens receivers Sunday. Bateman has eight catches for 67 yards on 12 targets through four games with uninspiring marks in his peripheral numbers such as yards per route run and yards after the catch. Baltimore travels to London to face the Titans in Week 6.

Bateman (hamstring) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest in Pittsburgh, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman set himself up to miss just one game as a result of a hamstring injury by putting together three consecutive full practices during Week 5 prep. The same can't be said for Odell Beckham (ankle), who was limited all week and is listed as questionable heading into the weekend. If Beckham is hindered or sidelined Sunday, it'll improve the prospects of Bateman alongside rookie wide receiver Zay Flowers. Through three games this season, Bateman has managed just seven catches (on nine targets) for 59 yards.

Bateman (hamstring) was a full practice participant Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
With that, Bateman is set to return for Sunday's matchup with the Steelers after missing only one game. The extent of his role will partially depend on the health of Odell Beckham, who returned to practice Wednesday as a limited participant after missing the past two weeks with an ankle injury. Beckham and Zay Flowers both worked ahead of Bateman the first two weeks of the season, and Bateman hasn't done anything that would move him higher up the depth chart when everyone is healthy.

Bateman (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
Odell Beckham (ankle) was also ruled out for the contest, which sets the stage for Zay Flowers, Nelson Agholor and Devin Duvernay to lead the Ravens' receiver corps, with Laquon Treadwell a potential practice squad elevation, per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com. Bateman's next chance to see game action will come Oct. 8, when Baltimore faces Pittsburgh on the road.

Bateman (hamstring) wasn't spotted at Friday's practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Odell Beckham (ankle) was also sitting out the session, and with neither wideout having practiced in any capacity this week, both appearance to be trending toward absences Sunday against the Browns. The Ravens will release their final Week 4 injury report later Friday, when it will be known whether Bateman is ruled out prior to Sunday or if he'll carry a questionable or doubtful designation into the contest.

Bateman (hamstring) isn't participating in Thursday's practice, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman hasn't taken part in either of the Ravens' first two Week 4 practices and will now have one more opportunity to fit in some on-field work prior to Sunday's game in Cleveland. With Odell Beckham (also) also sitting out a fifth consecutive practice, the Ravens' receiving depth could be tested this weekend if both he and Bateman fail to get the green light to play. Beyond No. 1 wideout Zay Flowers, the Ravens have Nelson Agholor and Devin Duvernay as their other healthy receivers on the 53-man roster.

Bateman (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman and Odell Beckham (ankle) were both absent for the Ravens' first Week 4 session. The banged-up wide receivers will have two more opportunities to practice before Sunday's game against the Browns. Should Bateman or Beckham sit out this weekend, Nelson Agholor would be poised to garner more opportunities alongside rookie wideout Zay Flowers and tight end Mark Andrews.

Bateman noted after Sunday's 22-19 overtime loss to the Colts that his hamstring tightened up on him during the contest, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though Zrebiec indicates that Bateman was laboring late in the game and walked back to locker room with a pronounced limp, the wideout doesn't think his hamstring issue is anything serious. That said, Bateman's status is now worth tracking (along with that of fellow WR Odell Beckham/ankle) as next weekend's tilt against the Browns approaches.
