Bateman caught all four of his targets for 121 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 41-31 win over the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
Nobody on the Ravens saw more than four targets as Lamar Jackson spread the wealth en route to five touchdown passes, but Bateman made the most of his opportunities with a 59-yard catch in the second quarter and a 49-yard touchdown reception in the third. Bateman has yet to record more than four catches in a game this season, but he's averaging a robust 18.8 yards per reception and has scored in three of his last five games. Up next for Bateman and the Ravens is a trip to Cleveland in Week 8.

Bateman caught all four of his targets for 71 yards in Sunday's 30-23 win over the Commanders.
EDGE Analysis
Zay Flowers led the Ravens in receiving with a 9-132-0 line on nine targets, but Bateman made an impact with his limited looks. The receiving yards were a season high for the fourth-year wideout, but he's seen more than five targets in a game only once in four weeks. Bateman could be a factor again in a potentially high-scoring Week 7 clash with the Buccaneers.

Bateman (groin) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman had some soreness coming out of Baltimore's Week 5 win over the Bengals, but he steadily increased his activity level throughout the week and was a full participant Friday. He'll slot into his usual role as the No. 2 wide receiver behind Zay Flowers against a generous Washington secondary that has allowed a league-high 10 receiving touchdowns to wide receivers.

Bateman (groin) returned to practice Thursday as a limited participant.
EDGE Analysis
Ravens coach John Harbaugh suggested Wednesday that Bateman isn't dealing with a serious injury, and it seems that's accurate given the wideout's quick return to practice. It remains to be seen if Bateman can avoid a game designation when the Ravens release their final injury report Friday afternoon.

Bateman didn't practice Wednesday due to a groin injury.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman had his usual role in Sunday's 41-38 overtime win at Cincinnati, handling 62 percent snap share and 77 percent route share while catching four passes for a season-high 58 yards and a TD on a season-high eight targets. Practice reports the next couple days should give a better idea if Bateman is truly at risk of missing Sunday's home game against the Commanders. Coach John Harbaugh seemed to downplay the injury Wednesday, noting that Bateman and others were merely dealing with normal "after-game type of things," per Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com.

Bateman caught four of eight targets for 58 yards and a touchdown in the Week 5 win over the Bengals.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman's role is settling in -- he played 63 percent of the snaps, marking the third week in a row with a snap share north of 60 percent. However, he was far more active this week, as he set season highs in targets, catches and yards. History suggests that there won't be many weeks where Baltimore is going to the air over 40 times, though it's not out of the question for the Week 6 game against Washington, which is expected to be the highest-scoring matchup of the week. With that in mind, Bateman could be a viable waiver-wire candidate for teams in need of a bye-week replacement.

Bateman caught his lone target for a 23-yard gain in Sunday's win over the Bills.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman nearly scored a touchdown for a second straight week, but he was held by a Buffalo defensive back in the end zone and was unable to come down with the catch. The 2021 first-round pick has played 62 and 65 percent of the snaps in recent weeks after playing more than 80 percent of the snaps in the first two games of the season. Baltimore has started to lean on the ground game and deploy more multi-tight end sets, and fullback Patrick Ricard also has been playing more snaps of late. For the Baltimore pass catchers, the run/pass splits and personnel groupings diminish the opportunities they are likely to see each week. Baltimore has thrown fewer than 20 passes in back-to-back weeks while riding Derrick Henry and the ground game. The Ravens head to Cincinnati to face the Bengals in Week 5.

Bateman recorded three catches on four targets for 28 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-25 win over Dallas.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman tied with Zay Flowers to lead the team in targets, and the duo put up remarkably similar numbers. Bateman ultimately was on the better end of things thanks to a 13-yard touchdown reception just before halftime after settling into a wide open area of Dallas' zone defense. Bateman has not topped five targets in a game this season, so even if Baltimore is forced to take to the air more, Bateman does not have significant volume secured.

Bateman had three catches for 40 yards on four targets Sunday against the Raiders.
EDGE Analysis
There are positive indicators for Bateman's performance through two games. He has played over 80 percent of the snaps in both contests and has drawn at least four targets in each outing. Bateman is up to seven catches for 93 yards on the year, good for a 10.3 YPT mark. Baltimore has the sixth-most pass attempts in the league through two weeks, and with Bateman's snap share, he could start to capitalize on his opportunities soon. The Ravens host the Cowboys in Week 3.

Bateman caught two passes for 53 yards on five targets in Thursday's loss to the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman was on the field for 84 percent of the snaps Thursday but finished fourth on the team in targets. The Ravens threw an uncharacteristic 41 times, something that won't happen too often this season in all likelihood, and he still could not draw Lamar Jackson's attention. Bateman being fourth in line for targets is a disappointing start for those believing in a breakout from him this season. However, the Ravens have a more favorable matchup in Week 2 with the Raiders going to Baltimore.
