Andre Brown rushed 14 times for 35 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday night's Week 13 win over the Redskins.
He added three catches for 23 yards. Brown struggled to get anything going in the running game and averaged just 2.5 yards per attempt, but was highly effective in the red-zone. He got to the second level and exploded for a 23-yard run down the right sideline for his first touchdown and later converted on a goal-line carry from one-yard out in the fourth quarter. Brown is averaging 83.3 rushing yards and has three touchdowns in four games since returning from a broken leg. He'll remain locked in as a high-end RB2 going forward.

Andre Brown rushed 21 times for 127 yards and caught four passes for 11 yards in the Giants' Week 12 loss to Dallas.
He tacked on a two-point conversion. The only thing missing from the otherwise RB1-caliber performance was a touchdown, but we'll gladly take 138 total yards plus the two-pointer from a running back many fantasy owners claimed off waivers just a couple of weeks ago. The Giants head to D.C. next, where Brown will be a high-end RB2 against the Redskins' sieve-ish run defense.

Andre Brown rushed for 66 yards on 18 carries in Week 11 versus Green Bay.
Brown was targeted five times in the passing game, reeling in three of them for 27 yards. He doesn't look the most comfortable when attempting to catch passes, but Brown can do it if need be. Brown handled much of the work out of the backfield. Brandon Jacobs worked in on short-yardage situations and vultured a one-yard touchdown in the third quarter. A week after seeing 30 carries in his season debut, Brown touched it 21 times this week. He's going to carry a hefty workload down the stretch. Brown's leg looks healthy. The Cowboys are up next. Brown will be on the RB2 radar.

Andre Brown (leg) is active for Week 10 against the Raiders.
Peyton Hillis is officially getting the start in place of Brandon Jacobs, but ESPN's Dan Graziano reports that "doesn't necessarily mean" he'll lead the Giants' backfield in touches. We'd expect a decent workload for Brown in his 2013 debut, but he's not yet a viable fantasy option. That could change as soon as Week 11.

Andre Brown (leg) expects to be switched in and out when he makes his 2013 debut Sunday.
The Giants want to ease Brown back in, so Peyton Hillis is expected to be the primary option Sunday. But they're still very excited about getting someone with actual juice in their legs on the field. "All I think about is how he played a year ago. I'm looking forward to the return of that player, quite frankly," coach Tom Coughlin said. "Size, speed, catch the ball out of the backfield. He does a good job in pass protection." Brown is going to be a weak flex play this week, but he needs to be owned across the board as the back most likely to ascend here.

Running backs coach Jerald Ingram said he expects Andre Brown (leg) to "do a lot of things" on first, second and third down.
Brown has been practicing well for the last three weeks and is going to make his season debut in Week 10. He'll be eased back in as part of a committee, but it's obvious he's the most talented back on the team outside of David Wilson (neck, out indefinitely). In 10 games last year, Brown rushed 73 times for 385 yards (5.27 YPC) with eight touchdowns. He'll start off with some low-end flex value and his snap count should gradually rise.
