Tim Duncan had 17 points, 12 rebounds, a steal and a block in Wednesday's loss to the Bulls, giving the injured Spurs their fourth loss in five games. Tony Parker added 20 points and six assists, but rest of Gregg Popovich's starting five was a bad joke. Jeff Ayres failed to score in 16 minutes, Nando de Colo had eight points in 18 minutes, and Othyus Jeffers failed to score in 15 minutes. Gregg Popovich does everything he can to keep his guys healthy, but times are tough with Kawhi Leonard, Manu Ginobili and Tiago Splitter all down and out right now. Obviously, Duncan and Parker are must-starts as long as you know they're going to be in the lineup.

Tim Duncan played 24 minutes against the Heat during a loss on Sunday, scoring 23 points with three boards, two steals and one block. The Spurs only had 28 rebounds as a team and it had a lot to do with Miami just not missing shots. Duncan snapped his three-game double-double streak with his season-low three rebounds. He's still playing extraordinarily well at age 37, but figures to slow down after the All-Star break.

Tim Duncan scored 17 points with 16 boards, two assists and four blocks in 27 minutes against the Hawks. His four blocks tonight tied him for seventh all time for total blocks with Shaquille O'Neal. Duncan also raised his season average to 2.0 per game and ranks sixth in the NBA this season. He's only missed three games on the season, but the Spurs have a back-to-back coming up on Tuesday, so his owners might want to prepare for a DNP.

Tim Duncan scored 18 points on 7-of-14 shooting with nine rebounds and two assists in just 26 minutes before fouling out in Monday's game. Duncan fouled out for the first time since 2010, which for a big man is pretty amazing. He's rocking top-50 value on the season and has brought his field goal percentage up to 46.7 percent on the year.

Danny Green had his second sub-par game in a row on Sunday with three points, one rebound, one block and one 3-pointer in 17 minutes. This game was pretty much over at halftime, so that's part of the reason why Green's minutes are low. He's coming off a seven-point game on Sunday, but his unpredictable outbursts -- like a 22-point game on Dec. 26 -- make him worth owning in all standard leagues.

Tim Duncan was effective Thursday's 116-107 win over the Mavericks on Thursday, scoring 21 points with 13 boards, three assists and two blocks in 32 minutes. He shot 7-of-16 from the field after his last two games yielded just 10.0 points on just 29.6 percent shooting. Duncan hasn't been quite as good as his fountain-of-youth 2012-13 season, but he's still putting up fourth-round value in standard formats. His owners will still want to sell high as long as the price is right.

The Spurs will use their normal lineup against the Mavericks on Thursday. The only guy up in the air is Tiago Splitter with his hamstring issue. Fantasy owners of Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili can use them like they normally would.

Tim Duncan grabbed 14 rebounds against the Rockets on Christmas Day to go with 11 points, five assists, one steal and six blocks on 4-of-12 shooting. His six blocks tonight put his season average to an even 2.0, so his 2.7 blocks per game from last season doesn't look to be a complete aberration. Duncan's rebounding has spiked significantly in December with 12.3 per game, which is up from 7.3 from November. He is in a little bit of a shooting slump lately, but he'll be a must-start option as long as Gregg Popovich isn't resting him.

Tim Duncan returned to action on Saturday and had 17 points, 10 rebounds, a steal and two blocks in a loss to the Thunder. Duncan was held out of Thursday's TNT game in order to rest, but was back to his 'old' tricks tonight.
