Rasheed Wallace (foot) could return to the Knicks for their game against the Bobcats on Monday.
This is a surprise and he was hoping just to run back on April 10. He's been out since mid-December and played just 20 games this year. Wallace is not going to have much of an impact this year and his frail foot can only take so much work.

Rasheed Wallace (foot) is hoping to begin running next week.
The fact that Wallace isn't even running yet shows how ridiculous his original "day-to-day" designation was. Sheed has been shooting the basketball and Mike Woodson said the veteran will "hopefully" begin running next week, but Wallace remains out indefinitely.

The Knicks are still hoping Rasheed Wallace (foot) can return during the postseason.
Wallace has reportedly been making some progress and was spotted doing shooting drills on Sunday, and his rehab will step up "even more this week with shooting drills," but it's not clear what his timetable is currently. He's no longer using crutches or in a walking boot, but he remains out indefinitely.

Rasheed Wallace had the walking boot taken off his left foot a few days ago and is no longer using crutches, according to beat writer Marc Berman.
There was a report in early March that Sheed was aiming to return for the playoffs, of which we were incredibly dubious. This doesn't exactly change our opinion on the matter but it is slightly encouraging. Even if Wallace does return this season, it likely wouldn't come until the second round of the playoffs at the earliest. We remain doubtful that Wallace will play again this season.

Rasheed Wallace (foot) is eyeing a return during the postseason, a source told the New York Post.
We're just not buying it. The source told the Post that Wallace debated for "several days" on surgery, but the reality is his foot was never going to heal the way it needed to on its own for him to be a contributor this season. We would be shocked to see Wallace back on the floor this season regardless of how long the Knicks last in the playoffs.

Rasheed Wallace had surgery on his left foot Thursday and will be sidelined for approximately eight weeks.
An eight-week recovery timetable means Wallace is out for the rest of the regular season and the postseason would be the earliest possible return. However, we're incredibly skeptical that's even an option for Sheed. It's fair to wonder whether Wallace's NBA career is over at this point.

Knicks coach Mike Woodson is hopeful Rasheed Wallace (foot surgery) will return this season.
Wallace will need surgery to repair a fractured fifth metatarsal in his left foot, but Woodson said Wednesday the Knicks haven't given any thought to releasing Sheed at this point. Despite Woodson's hope, it's entirely possible Wallace will never play for the Knicks -- or any other NBA team -- again.

When asked about Rasheed Wallace's (foot) availability, Mike Woodson replied with a simple "don't know."
Wallace has been day-to-day for nearly 2.5 months and isn't a lock to return at all this season, as evidenced by the signing of Kenyon Martin to a 10-day deal.

Rasheed Wallace (foot) took his usual spot on the sidelines at Knicks practice on Monday and "didn't do much," according to Mike Woodson.
Wallace's day-to-day listing is comical. There remains no timetable for the veteran's return and it's possible he may not play again this season.

Rasheed Wallace (foot) went through portions of Saturday's practice but he remains "a ways away" from playing.
We'll let you know when Sheed is nearing a return. Until then he should be ignored in all fantasy formats.
