Despite occasional spikes such as those, Cook's minutes typically remain in the teens under normal game scripts, although he could potentially see a start over the last four games of the season if the Warriors finalize their playoff positioning prior to the final game of the campaign.

Cook, along with a number of other bench players, saw an increased role Sunday with the game well and truly over by halftime. The five triples were a season-high and the 21 points were the most he has scored since mid-November. This was merely an outlier and as long as Steph Curry is healthy, Cook is going to struggle to have value outside of the deepest of formats.

The third-year guard's minutes remain in the teens or single digits in his bench role, so he retains minimal value in even the deepest of formats heading during the fantasy postseason.

The 25-year-old's minutes were at their highest point since Nov. 26, which led to his best scoring tally since Nov. 23 versus the Blazers. Cook's role unsurprisingly remains modest while Stephen Curry is healthy, but he's capable of lines like Friday's when he sees a bit of extra run due to blowout scenarios.

Cook compiled 13 points (6-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and two rebounds across 13 minutes in the Warriors' 113-93 loss to the Raptors on Wednesday.

EDGE Analysis

With Stephen Curry going just 3-for-12 from the field and coach Steve Kerr pulling his starters in the latter stages of the second half, Cook was able to log some playing time after not seeing the floor in the prior two contests. The third-year guard has slipped back into a bench role since Curry's return from a groin injury Dec. 1, leading to a significant decrease in the fantasy value he'd built up during his stretch of starts in the latter's stead.
