Speights scored 13 points (4-8 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists, and a block in 16 minutes during Wednesday's blowout win against the Pelicans.
EDGE Analysis
Speights continues his effective shooting from beyond the arc and has found a way to be effective in limited minutes. His three triples are a career high and it's his third consecutive game in double digits. With the Warriors playing like this, he might be able to keep up some modest scoring production. His role fluctuates wildly, however, so consistent minutes are far from certain.

Speights scored 14 points (5-11 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT) with seven rebounds, three assists, and one steal in Monday night's win over the Pelicans.
EDGE Analysis
Speights followed up a season-high 25 points Saturday with another outburst off the Warriors' bench. This marks the third time in the past four games he's scored in double digits. His role can fluctuate -- because he was heavily involved in the offense early in Monday's game doesn't necessarily mean he'll be so involved Wednesday against the Knicks. What has become evident is that we're seeing the return of Mo Buckets -- the successful shooter of the Golden State bench who scores points in bunches. The former Florida Gator

Speights scored 16 points (6-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT) with five rebounds and four assists in Wednesday night's win over the Jazz.
EDGE Analysis
Mo Buckets was in the house Wednesday. Speights ignited a second-quarter run, scoring seven points in 82 seconds, that gave Golden State a more comfortable margin. He hasn't consistently repeated this season the same level of contribution he made to last year's championship team, but head coach Steve Kerr continues to look to Speights as a scorer in short minutes off the bench. In the past seven games, the former Florida Gator is averaging 8.9 points on 53-percent shooting.

Speights had two points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one assist, and one block in six minutes during the Warriors' 119-113 win against the Magic on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Through 52 appearances, Speights is averaging 6.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.4 blocks, and 0.2 steals in 11 minutes per game. However, this was the 17th time this season he has failed to log 10 minutes or more, and he receives a healthy DNP every once in a while as well. For these reasons, it's difficult to trust Speights in the majority of formats.

Speights scored 14 points (6-8 FG, 2-2 FT) with three rebounds in 12 minutes in Thursday night's win over the Magic.
EDGE Analysis
Speights had seen his playing time drop the previous three games, including a DNP the night before, but head coach Steve Kerr gave him some love in front a hometown crowd Thursday. Speights, who purchased 50 tickets for family and friends, turned into "Mo Buckets," the persona he earned last season when he was an effective bench player most nights for Golden State. Now with Anderson Varejao around, Speights' playing time will be squeezed most nights.

Speights played eight minutes in Monday night's win over the Hawks. He scored two points (1-4 FG) with one rebound in the win.
EDGE Analysis
Speights had been getting a steady dose of double-digit minutes, but he's now back to a minor role off the deep end of the Warriors' bench. And with Anderson Varejao signing, Speights' minutes will be squeezed even more going forward. Varejao did not play Monday, the first game played since he signed Sunday, but could be ready to go Wednesday in Miami.

Speights played just nine minutes in Saturday's win over the Clippers. He had four points (2-4 FG) with one rebounds in the win.
EDGE Analysis
Speights, who has received double-digit minutes in the nine games that Festus Ezeli (left knee) has been sidelined, figured to get a little more when it was announced that Andrew Bogut (right Achilles' tendon) would join Ezeli on the sidelines Saturday. But head coach Steve Kerr rolled out his small-ball lineup from the start and never relented. If Speights is getting 12-15 minutes, he's a good enough shooter to be of some use to a fantasy team.

Speights scored 15 points (5-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-5 FT) with four rebounds in 12 minutes in Tuesday night's win over the Rockets. It was his second straight game with 15 points off the bench.
EDGE Analysis
Speights, who had lost a good deal of playing time while shooting a career-low 39-percent from the field, is taking advantage of regular minutes since Festus Ezeli went down with a knee injury. He's averaged 10.1 points on 47-percent shooting in the last seven games, similar production as last season when Speights was a regular part of the rotation and averaged 10.4 points on 49-percent shooting. He'll continue to get playing time nightly with Ezeli out indefinitely.

Coach Steve Kerr confirmed that Speights would see an increased role off the bench in the coming weeks while Festus Ezeli remains out indefinitely following knee surgery, CSN Bay Area's Monte Poole reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 28-year-old has seen double-digit minutes in each of the last six games while Ezeli has remained out, so he figures to stick in the 10-to-20 minute range for the foreseeable future. That's probably not enough playing time for Speights to provide much consistent fantasy value, but he's occasionally shown the ability to post strong point totals on a per-minute basis. In his last game Saturday against the Thunder, Speights tallied a season-high 15 points on 6-for-10 shooting in 17 minutes.

Speights equaled a season-high 15 points (6-10 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, two assists and a block over 17 minutes in Saturday's 116-108 victory over the Thunder.
EDGE Analysis
The eight-year veteran had a surprising role in the high-scoring affair, providing some key production in the second half to help keep the Thunder at bay. As he has in past seasons, Speights continues to produce when given the playing time, which has been the case over the last six games while Festus Ezeli (knee) has been sidelined. Although his current averages of 9.3 points and 5.2 rebounds over that span have been encouraging, Speights is likely to go back to receiving minutes in the single digits on the majority of nights once Ezeli is able to return.
