McRoberts (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Bucks, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
McRoberts has been dealing with a painful blister in his foot, which will keep him sidelined for the second straight contest. Shawne Williams will continue to see heavy minutes in McRoberts' absence, with Udonis Haslem and Chris Andersen also candidates to see extra work off the bench.

McRoberts may play in limited minutes or sit out Friday, as he's dealing with a painful blister on his foot, the Miami Herald reports.
McRoberts hasn't said anything about the blister before, so it must be a relatively new occurrence. Considering it's only a blister, it's tough to see him missing a prolonged amount of time. If he's limited during Friday's game, he'll need to be monitored on a game-to-game basis until the nasty blister disappears.

McRoberts played only 8 minutes and scored 2 points, to go along with 1 rebound and 1 assist against his former team on Wednesday.
The fact that Shawne Williams is still starting over McRoberts says how Miami currently values him. Until McRoberts (toe) is able to show he is fully healthy, owners should take note of how the Heat have handled him and act accordingly with their own lineups and rosters.

McRoberts (toe) made his season debut with three points (1-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and three rebounds in 11 minutes off the Heat bench in the win over Philadelphia on Saturday.
McRoberts missed the opener on Wednesday, but got his feet wet against the Sixers. Eventually, he will displace Shawne Williams in the starting lineup, but it appears he will have to ramp up his minutes after the injury.

McRoberts (toe) will be available off the bench for Saturday's game against the 76ers.
Coach Erik Spoelstra said that McRoberts will be used as "insurance," so it's possible that he won't even see his first action of the season Saturday. With that in mind, it might be better to look elsewhere since he hasn't made a full recovery quite yet.

McRoberts (toe) is officially listed as probable for Saturday's game against the 76ers.
McRobert's status has changed multiple times heading into Saturday's game, but he seems poised to enter the game if coach Erik Spoelstra needs him to take the court. The power forward said that he can play if needed, although Spoelstra will likely limit his time on the court if he ultimately does play.

McRoberts' status has been downgraded to questionable for Saturday's game, the Miami Herald's Joseph Goodman reports.
It was reported that he was probable for Saturday's game on Friday, but that is no longer the case. Still, after being a full participant in Friday's practice, it would be pretty surprising for McRoberts to remain sidelined, unless he has experienced a setback.

McRoberts (toe) will be inactive for Wednesday's season opener against the Wizards, the Associated Press reports.
After the conclusion of the Bobcats' (now Hornets) playoff run last season, McRoberts had bone spurs removed from a toe on his left foot. The ailment didn't stop the Heat from inking him in free agency with the hope that the presence of a young, versatile wing would aid in keeping LeBron James around. Alas, James opted to leave, and McRoberts recovery subsequently extended into the preseason. McRoberts' return date remains up in the air, meaning Udonis Haslem and Chris Andersen should earn additional run until the newcomer is healthy.
