Whiteside posted 22 points (10-12 FG, 2-3 FT), 16 rebounds, an assist and two blocked shots across 31 minutes in Friday's 91-88 win over the Wizards.
EDGE Analysis
Whiteside helped put the Heat up 25 points at one point in this game and almost lost the game due to some critical errors in the backcourt. Since coming back from injury November 1 he's averaged 14.4 points, 12.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocks over eight contests and should continue to be the best fantasy option on the Heat moving forward

Whiteside scored 20 points (9-16 FG, 2-3 FT) while adding 12 rebounds, two blocks and a steal in 29 minutes during Sunday's 112-103 loss to the Pistons.
EDGE Analysis
It's his fifth double-double in eight games this season, and the fourth time Whiteside has scored 20 or more points. The 28-year-old center remains a fantasy force, and his gradually improving free-throw shooting suggests he hasn't yet hit his ceiling.

Whiteside scored eight points (3-7 FG, 2-3 FT) while adding 20 rebounds, three steals and three blocks in 31 minutes during Friday's 84-74 win over the Jazz.
EDGE Analysis
Both teams struggled on offense, but Utah's inability to score could be traced directly to a strong defensive effort by Whiteside. He seems to be fully recovered from his knee injury, averaging 13.6 points, 11.2 boards, 2.4 blocks and 1.8 steals over his last five games.

Whiteside tallied 23 points (8-11 FG, 7-12 FT), 10 rebounds, four blocks, one steal and one assist across 28 minutes during Thursday's 126-115 win over the Suns.
EDGE Analysis
Whiteside was benched for the second half of Monday's loss to the Warriors, though certainly got back on track Thursday, posting his fourth double-double of the season in six appearances. Whiteside is prone to his down games, but assuming he can hover around last season's averages of 17.0 points, 14.1 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game, many fantasy owners are likely content taking the good with the bad.

Whiteside played 16 minutes in Monday's 97-80 loss to the Warriors, finishing with three points (1-9 FG, 1-2 FT), six rebounds and one block.
EDGE Analysis
After turning in three productive outings in a row following a five-game absence due to a bone bruise in his knee, Whiteside laid an egg Monday, resulting in Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra benching the star center for all but one minute and 13 seconds of the second half. Rookie Bam Adebayo ended up playing out the string at center in the Heat's blowout loss, but it's unlikely that he'll regularly cut into Whiteside's playing time while the latter is healthy. Whiteside will have a great opportunity to atone for his poor showing when the Heat travel to Phoenix on Wednesday to take on a Suns team that's surrendering 114.8 points per game, the second-worst mark in the NBA.

Whiteside totaled 21 points (9-16 FG, 3-3 FT), 17 rebounds, three steals, two blocks and one assist across 31 minutes during Sunday's 104-101 win over the Clippers.
EDGE Analysis
Whiteside, after playing just 24 and 26 minutes respectively over the past two games after returning from injury, saw his time on the floor take a nice bump Sunday, suggesting he's fully healthy. Taking away Friday's game where he grabbed an oddly low three rebounds, Whiteside is posting 17.7 boards per contest.

Whiteside recorded 13 points (6-11 FG< 1-1 3Pt), 14 rebounds, one assist and one steal across 26 minutes in Wednesday's win over the Bulls.
EDGE Analysis
Whiteside missed five straight games due to a bone bruise in his knee, but returned to play a solid dose of minutes and appears to have left the game healthy. While he's only played two games so far this season, the big man is off to a great start, shooting 58.6 percent from the field and hitting both of his three-point attempts, which could be a good sign for the expansion of his offensive game. As long as he is healthy, Whiteside will continue to be a threat to post a double-double whenever he steps on the court.

Whiteside (knee) is starting at center for Wednesday's game against the Bulls, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Whiteside went through morning shootaround without any issues and was already fully expected to take the court following a five-game absence. He'll take on his usual spot as the team's starting center, which should take away minutes from the likes of Bam Adebayo, Kelly Olynyk and Jordan Mickey.

Whiteside (knee) went through shootaround and intends to play Wednesday against the Bulls.
EDGE Analysis
While Whiteside hasn't officially been given the green light, coach Erik Spoelstra said the big man will show up to the arena Wednesday night with the intention to take the floor. A final call won't come until after warmups, however, so keep a watchful eye on Whiteside's status before deploying him in daily lineups. Whiteside hasn't played since opening night against the Magic, when he finished with 26 points and 22 rebounds in 36 minutes.

Whiteside should be considered questionable for Wednesday's game against the Bulls, Anthony Chiang of the Palm Beach Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Whiteside has missed the team's last five games due to a bone bruise in his left knee. He participated in two-on-two and three-on-three drills Tuesday, however. According to coach Erik Spoelstra, "[Whiteside] is making progress. We'll evaluate him [Wednesday]. I don't have a determination on when he'll be ready...so we'll see how he feels tomorrow." Rookie Bam Adebayo has started the past three contests in Whiteside's stead, posting 7.7 points and 8.0 rebounds across 25.0 minutes per game.
