Monroe's 10-day contract with the Bucks expired Tuesday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.

Monroe has been part of the rotation in each of the Bucks' five games since signing his 10-day deal, averaging 5.4 points and 4.2 rebounds in 13.6 minutes per game. Though Milwaukee would still have an open roster spot for Monroe if it elects to bring him back on another 10-day deal, the Bucks essentially found his replacement last week, when the team acquired Serge Ibaka from the Clippers ahead of the trade deadline. Both Ibaka and Monroe were able to pick up minutes in Monday's loss to Portland in the former's team debut, but that likely won't be the case when Giannis Antetokounmpo -- who sat out against the Trail Blazers with an ankle injury -- returns to the lineup.

Monroe (recently signed) is available to play Saturday against the Trail Blazers.

Aside from putting up a double-double, Monroe managed to find a way to perform just like he did during his prime days in the NBA, leaving a mark across the board and contributing multiple tallies in all five of the major categories. While Monroe is not likely to get a 10-day contract with an NBA franchise any time soon, he remains a productive player at the G League level, and his numbers should only increase in case he remains a starter.

Monroe posted 13 points (5-9 FG, 2-2 FT), four assists and three rebounds across 22 minutes off the bench in Saturday's win over the Swarm.

EDGE Analysis

Monroe returned to the G League following a short stint with the Wizards in the NBA, and while it remains to be seen if he'll get another 10-day deal with another franchise, he continues to be productive for the Go-Go even if he's not starting. The veteran big man has scored in double digits in his two appearances in the G League regular season so far.

The veteran has been thriving at the G League level, and it wouldn't be shocking if he signs another 10-day deal with an NBA franchise given how good he's been so far.

Monroe amassed eight points (4-7 FG), seven rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal across 14 minutes during Friday's 130-122 loss to the Bulls.

EDGE Analysis

Monroe played 14 minutes off the bench in the loss, as he continues to strive for an NBA comeback. Despite playing only limited minutes, he was reasonably productive, as he was during his time in Minnesota. It is unclear if the Wizards -- or any other team -- are going to sign him for the rest of the season, but if he can carve out playing time somewhere, he could certainly have some value in deeper formats.
