The Bulls are reportedly considering bringing on unrestricted free agent Aaron Brooks. Brooks would bring some instant-offense to the Bulls second unit, but with a healthy Derrick Rose, Brooks fantasy appeal would be severely limited. Brooks averaged 11.9 points, 5.2 assists, and 1.4 three-pointers a game with the Nuggets last season.

Aaron Brooks had 19 points, four rebounds, five assists, two steals and three 3-pointers in Tuesday's loss. He's been great filling in for Ty Lawson and all indications are that he'll get serious minutes again in Wednesday's finale.

Aaron Brooks hit just 3-of-13 shots for eight points, three rebounds, five assists, a steal and zero 3-pointers in Saturday's win over the Jazz. Brooks has really cooled off recently, scoring no more than 13 points in four of his last five games. And the fact the Nuggets keep suggesting that Ty Lawson could return to finish out the season doesn't work in his favor. But any time that Lawson is out, Brooks is still a solid fantasy option.

Aaron Brooks struggled with his shot against the Warriors on Thursday during a 100-99 win, shooting 3-of-14 from the field for eight points with two boards, seven assists, one steal and two turnovers. His 3-point shot is not dropping right now, making just 4-of-20 (20.0 percent) in his last four games. Brooks has still played major minutes and has at last seven dimes in each of his last three games. Ty Lawson (ankle) is likely out for the year and Brooks should handle the point-guard duties the rest of the way.

Aaron Brooks did not shoot the ball well vs. the Rockets on Wednesday during a 123-116 win, making 5-of-15 from the field for 13 points with five boards, seven assists, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer in 37 minutes. Even with the ugly shooting game, Brooks was still able to turn in a solid line thanks to the dimes, steals, block and trey. He is likely going to be the starter at point guard the rest of the way and he should have terrific value with the Nuggets playing in an up-tempo, small-ball offense these days.

Aaron Brooks scored 24 points vs. the Pelicans on Wednesday with three boards, one assist, two steals, two blocks and six 3-pointers in 30 minutes. Coach Brian Shaw is in love with his small-ball lineup tonight and it worked to perfection in an up-tempo style. Brooks has played at least 28 minutes in each of the last five games, averaging 14.4 points, 4.2 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.6 triples in that span. It goes without saying, those are must-own numbers in standard-style formats. He's playing a lot like D.J. Augustin right now and is available in a lot of leagues.

Aaron Brooks scored 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting with two threes, six assists and a steal in 29 minutes off the bench on Monday. Brooks is rolling along as a low-end play in 12-team leagues and that's probably a good projection for the rest of the season.

Aaron Brooks played 30 minutes against the Spurs on Friday with eight points, three assists, one steal and one 3-pointer. The Nuggets have really let loose some small lineups and coach Brian Shaw has run a lot of units with Brooks and Lawson together. Brooks has been above 28 minutes in three consecutive games and he could be above that total the rest of the way. He's worth a look in standard leagues.

Aaron Brooks logged 31 minutes against the Spurs on Wednesday with 25 points, five boards, eight assists and four 3-pointers. He didn't turn the ball over and shot 9-of-18 from the field while knocking down all three free throws. The Nuggets have clearly shifted to a small-ball plan and Brooks has logged a whopping 30.4 minutes per game in his last five. He takes treys and the dimes are there, so he's worth a look for owners looking for a little help in those areas.

Aaron Brooks backed up his big game from Wednesday with just six points and two assists in 21 minutes on Friday. No surprise, here. He'll only be worth a look if the cavalry ahead of him starts to drop like flies.
